Highland Exteriors was very easy to work with, and they were timely with replacing my entire roof and siding. Their attention to detail was great, and willing to do whatever needs to be done so their customers are satisfied. Highland Exteriors are very knowledgeable regarding Ohio laws, and insurance claims.

My experience with Highland Exteriors and Tom was excellent. They were out 1 day after I called to inspect the storm damage and worked with the insurance company to expedite the shingle and gutter replacement. During the replacement they fixed a couple of lingering roof issues - which are no longer issues. The team was very professional and explained step by step the process and did a great job cleaning up at the end. I have recommended this group to several friends.

Highland Exteriors completed 3 roof and gutter replacements for us last summer. They coordinated with the insurance companies and completed the work in the timeframe and budget agreed on. It was hassle free for us, and we are very pleased with their work .

My experience with Highland exteriors was excellent. They have a large selection of inventory and go through the process with you each step. They are patient and are honest people. After they finished my job Which was done in only one day, They came back to cleaned up everything just as if nobody was there. The roof is phenomenal and the work was done quickly and properly. Just called and asked for Tommy and he will get you set up. Will definitely recommend using them again in the future.

Tom and the Highland team are top notch. They did several projects for us, roof gutters and siding. We ran into a difficult situation with our siding upgrade, the team worked to find a solution and finish the project, all looks great. Quality work and great communication. Highly recommend Highland Exteriors.
