I am very happy with the work Antonio and his crew did on my house. They replaced soffit and installed a Trex railing and support post at the front entrance, replacing very old, very rusty wrought iron - an immediate improvement to my house’s appearance and curb appeal. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and left the work area clean, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend High Quality Exteriors.

We worked with Antonio and his team to replace and install new doors. We did our homework, and shopped around but it was clear that HQE was the best. For the quality, price, workmanship, and professionalism, you cannot find a better deal.

He dropped by for a consultation and was able to show us virtual images of the doors we wanted. We changed our minds a few times on color / accessories (even after the consultation), but he was patient and responsive in sending us updated images.

The day of the installation, they were on-time, if not 5 minutes early. They were extremely diligent on the paint jobs, and thorough in their workmanship. By the time I came home from work, it was like I approached a new house!

We had Antonio and High Quality Exteriors finish replacing siding on our home. He went the extra mile to find an exact match for our siding that was 20 years old. Other companies were not willing to do only some of the siding. They wanted to replace it all. He and his crew did what we asked and exceeded our expectations. I am very particular and have done my own home repairs until recently. They provided as high quality a job as if I had done it myself! They went above and beyond. We highly recommend them.

Antonio and his team did an excellent job installing new black soffit and black gutters to our 1965 split level. The look really brought the house to a more modern state and style. I was confident in them from the start when Antonio let me see and hold the actual material that would be installed so I could truly feel the quality, and he invited us to drive by a job that they were working on at the time. He was communicative, present to check on work at beginning/end, and they started and finished the work in the timeline expected. As a military family that moves often, it can be difficult to find honest quality work at a good value without a previous network of connections, so glad we hired them. I have several other exterior jobs that we’d like done in the near future, and will hire them again without hesitation.

Over the years I've worked with different contractors on our rental property. I'm pleased to write this review for Antonio and his exceptional crew.

Before Christmas, an old pine tree was blown down on our rental house and did extensive damage to the roof, siding, windows and gutters of the house. After interviewing several contractors, we chose High Quality Exteriors for the repairs.

Antonio, the owner, came out to the house promptly. He came across as more than a contractor looking for business; he was more concerned as to what kind of damages our house has sustained and what he could do to repair the damages ASAP.

He proposed only obvious repairs and was not trying to sell unnecessary work. Over the next two weeks, Antonio is a great communicator and is very responsive to all our inquiries. He and his crew stood out as professional, punctual, and hard-working.

Knowing that our tenants have a very sick child, he prioritizes our project and put a new roof the following week after we signed the contract. His crew installed an entire roof in just one day.

As they began to remove the damaged sidings, there were serious underlying issues that required additional repairs. Antonio proactively purchased materials to tackle the damages; he doesn’t cut corners and helped prevent more damages from happening. They finished all the work in just a few days despite the unexpected expanded scope of work and he did so at a fair price. He also replaced two custom order windows, which were installed a few days ahead of the scheduled 4 weeks wait time. His work is of exceptional high quality. Our house looks so much better now!

From start to finish, Antonio listened attentively to our vision and communicated clearly and regularly about the status of the project, which included demolition of two decks; replacement of windows with a sliding door; building of screened porch, new deck, and steps; and replacing siding.

High Quality Exteriors replaced sidings (including insulation and plywood), gutters and downspouts for my house. Antonio clearly explained about the status of my sidings and what need to be replaced without giving me any pressure. The whole project was completed in about one week. On the day when it was raining, Antonio and his team planned the work well to make sure all installed insulation and plywood were properly wrapped. They are really good at what they do as demonstrated by the impressive craftsmanship. Fantastic service from start to finish! High Quality Exteriors did a great job replacing the siding on our 60-year-old house with James Hardie board. They also replaced gutters, soffits and wrapped all trims around the house. My wife and I are very happy that we made the right choice. Our house looks great, and we've gotten many compliments from neighbors and friends.

After checking out some good quality projects on their website, I contacted them for a free estimate. Antonio responded quickly and came by our house the next day for taking measurements and providing his expert guidance. A few days after our first meeting, we received a reasonable quote. We accepted it and 4 weeks later, the installation started.

Antonio and his crew did an incredible job with our house and it turned out even better than expected. They put new siding and 10 windows in but the project got much deeper when we discovered we needed new plywood and insulation too which made a huge impact on the inside comfort of the house. The house is warm and quiet and looks fantastic.

The crew was always on-time and cleaned up every day and we enjoyed having them here. The total project took nearly three weeks with the unplanned plywood and insulation but we loved having them here and can’t wait for the next project!

UPDATE November 2024

Antonio and his crew were back again. This time the project was for the back roof on the dormer which was relatively flat. We chose a metal roof for durability and to eventually add solar panels in the future.

They removed the old rolled roofing, the old plank decking and added more insulation.

The results were amazing. The added insulation and plywood roof decking along with the metal roof system has made it super quiet upstairs and already made an impact on our utility bill. While you can’t really see this part of the roof, it looks incredible, we’ll never have to worry about it again and has made a major impact to the house.

Antonio and his crew will be back for more projects for us in 2025!

High Quality Exteriors built a beautiful deck with lighting and interior drainage, steps, extended the deck railing around our carport and installed French doors.

I could not be happier with the end result and I was thrilled with Antonio and his team through the entire process. Antonio did a complete rennovation of my gable wall and installed new insulation, house wrap and siding. He also replaced trim, gutters and restored windows, door surround and the porch columns. Antonio has done fantastic work for me on the 50+ properties and projects I have managed in the past. Antonio and his team were absolutely professional and very efficient at the work contracted for, and that is just the beginning. For as much time it took me to find the right contractor, once I connected with Antonio and his company, his responsiveness and the proposal were on point. His quote was extremely fair and it pleased me that he did not see my project ( wrapping a converted sunroom with Hardyplank siding) nor did he dismiss it as being too small like the many others I talked to before him. I had been looking for a company to do the window and trim wrapping for years and I got so incredibly lucky with this company. I admit I am hard to please but they absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. They were professional, punctual, efficient, and very effective. Their work is immaculate. I recommend them, 100%.

Antonio and his crew--Jonathan, Handal and Martin--did an excellent job installing Hardie Board siding on my house in December, 2019, in extremely cold and rainy weather. My house looks beautiful now!

The men were on time and worked until dark for 3 days. They answered my questions; they respected my yard and kept it neat.

The last day, Dominion had to turn off the electricity and drop the line so the men could work safely. As it got cold outside, my house was equally cold inside. Antonio made sure that my electricity was back on in a timely manner. He cared not only about the siding, but also about my comfort and peace of mind.

Because I was so happy with them in December, when my deck needed a face lift, I hired Antonio to do the work. He, Jonathan and Handal finished it a few days ago. Again I am delighted.

My deck is 25 years old. The flooring and rail caps were cracked and splintered, and the entire deck was greenish black with mold. Antonio, Jonathan and Handal replaced the floor boards and the rail caps.

I have a hot tub that is attached to the deck and has lattice work on the sides and top. It's really hard to reach it to clean. Antonio power washed it twice (!) without hurting the wood, and it looks like new. I hadn't realized that it could look this good.

Over the years, I've had many men working in and outside my house. Antonio and his crew are by far the best. They stop to answer any questions I have, help me make decisions. They are honest, kind, patient, neat, capable, strong.
