Keyon with high ground roofing was very informative and always available to answer my questions. He stayed after the insurance company until they agreed to pay for what needed to be fixed or replaced and when his team got onsite they were clean and fast but did a great job! We had major hail damage and insurance claim. Austin who was with another company previously helped us with our claim. High ground roofing went above and beyond to get our roof and other items covered. We did have some issues with some of the work that was subpar (not the roofing but paint etc). Austin worked hard to rectify any concerns we had and made sure the work was done correctly. We love our new black roof and gutters.

Austin and the guys at High Ground are the real deal. When my insurance company denied my claim twice, Austin and Alex went to bat for me and helped get and engineer to my home for a final inspection. Thanks to their perseverance, we ended up securing funds for a new roof, sunroom paneling, skylight, and gutters. Not only did they help me secure the funds, they did a phenomenal job on every part of the project. Never easy juggling a project of this scope but Austin made it look simple. I highly recommend you give these guys a shot…great customer service, great work, and just exceptional people!

Austin does great work!!!!! We called him after figuring out the original roofer we hired had missed quite a few items on our insurance claim. Ended up getting our siding completely redone by insurance as well as the gutters and windows that our previous roofer missed. Thanks guys!!
