Harrison and his team saved our butt's when our shingles flew off our roof after a huge windstorm. They showed up with tarps right away as they couldn't start the job immediately but made it a priority to avoid any further water damage. Came back a week later and did a fantastic job! Thanks HDR!!

With a leaking skylight came the realization that a new roof was in order. Harrison promptly came and tarped off the leak and within days came, with his crew and installed a new duroid roof. Quality materials proffessionally installed, looks great.

Nice enough guys, but honestly, High Def. did a brutal job on our strata. They covered existing vents with plywood - we only found out by accident when we hired another company to check on our insulation. They failed to re-attach ducts to vents in several units in our complex.

They where amazing. We called them to our farm in a emergency there staff was calming and understanding. We where up and dry within a few hours. Owner him self came out asked if there was anything he could do and keeped his word. Very happy and dry.

High Definition did an excellent job demossing our roof. Quick response (scheduled the job within one week of quote), very professional team and administration, very careful and thorough work - you can tell these are professional roofers in the attention they give to details. wouldn't hesitate to engage them again.

We were so very happy with the work that High Definition did for us. Not only were the roofers hard working, consultative, organised (they really planned out their schedule for our tight space) and tidy, but they went above and beyond to find solutions when unexpected circumstances arose. This included helping us to come up with a novel, well-priced, and quick solution when a separate contractor (not at all related to HD) cancelled at the last minute. HD manager Harrison also made a generous decision (for which HD had to change their own schedule) when we (the home owners) misunderstood something about our quote. The mistake was ours, but their decision was so helpful - they really took the high road. And most importantly - our roof looks GREAT and appears to have been constructed so solidly. Thank you!! We would recommend you to anyone.

High Definition is awesome. Our existing roof had multiple issues, and they were able to overcome all the obstacles, and still install a beautiful new roof quickly. This is the second time we have hired High Definition and we would use them again in a heartbeat!

These guys came out and got our horrible gutters removed, replaced them and ensured that all materials were removed. Very professional, amazing work and our neighbors have already commented on the great job.

I highly recommend this team of roofers. They are friendly, work well together and took great care of our property while on the job. At the end of the day we could hardly tell our place had been a major construction zone only minutes earlier (aside from the supplies and bin which were neatly out of the way). I have never experienced such a high level of detail in a trades crew before. Definitely a team you can trust!
