In searching for a contractor to repair the frame to our back door and install a storm door, the most common problem I ran into was they would say they were coming to do an estimate and just not show up, not call or text- literal radio silence.
I finally reached out to David who replaced my roof last fall if he had anyone he could recommend. I should have reached out to him first. David responded the same day saying he had someone and he would get back to me and HE DID! There is something to be said about reliability as well as communication. I would consider David an expert in his field and trust his recommendations as fair and reliable. He also provides exceptional customer service. Frank and Osiel did outstanding work on this project and I will be reaching out again for future projects. Thank you again!

I put a deposit down for work to be done by this company on April 11th, 2025. It’s now June 14th and I asked for a refund of my deposit. This is the second time I’ve done business with High Caliber. The first time I had them quote me for siding over a closed off door, repairing some siding and trim anround my house, and replacing gutters. When the job was finished, I asked them about the siding to cover the closed door and they told me it wasn’t included in the quote. I was shocked! I ended up having to pay several hundred dollars more to get the project completed. They did a good job on the work so I chalked it up to being a misunderstanding. I gave them an opportunity to repair the entry way of an upstairs apartment that is leaking into the downstairs apartment. The initial quote was signed on 4/11 with a deposit. I was told it would be 2-4 weeks. 5 weeks rolled around and I hadn’t heard a word. So I started reaching out. Communication was delayed quite a bit. When I finally heard back, I was told they would have to do a lot more work to fix the problem. Which is strange since they hadn’t come back out to my house since the initial quote and deposit. When I pushed back, they sent out their foreman. He said new door is needed. I asked for a new quote. 6 times. I finally got one today. The 36x80 exterior steel prehung door is quoted at over double the cost of that same door at Lowe’s. This was the final straw for me. I can’t and won’t do business with a company that lacks integrity. Just since April, we’ve countless days of rain. Every single time, I’ve gotten more and more water damage. To be price gouged on top of that is a shame.

Our gutters were constantly clogged. High Caliber was recommended by our tree trimmer and gutter cleaner. High Caliber came in, cleaned out any new leaves and pine needles, and added gutter guards. Best investment EVER.

We had High Caliber Exteriors install EverLights on our home in December 2024. These lights have not worked correctly yet. They have sent someone out to work on them a couple of times now. They will get them working, somewhat, and then within a day or two they stop working again. I called the owner of the company, Brad, two weeks ago. He assured me that someone would be out the following week to get everything working correctly. It's been two weeks now and nobody has showed up yet. We tried calling Brad and two other contacts we had incase of problems. None of them has answered or returned our calls. Simply put, they are avoiding us. With that being said, I would be very cautious of using this company for any of my projects.

We needed a gutter repair repeatedly. High Caliber Exteriors (Chris) showed up on time and suggested a solution which resolved the chronic issue. Thank you!

Hunter and his team just finished installing our new forever lights and we are so excited! They have worked so hard and made the process so easy. After a storm came through, my siding and gutters were damaged and ugly. I didn’t know where to start. It was my first homeowners insurance claim and I was scared. Brad took care of me from start to finish. He made sure I understood the process. I had tons of questions and he had all the answers. He even sent me “explanation videos” of himself answering a question because he knew he couldn’t explain it in an email. He checked on me throughout the process and kept me updated. He special ordered the siding to match the original siding on the house and when it arrived, it was installed and looked brand new within a few days. I would not have made this decision if it weren’t for Brad. He worked hard and made it absolutely painless. I’ll definitely reach out to Brad for future projects. He’s amazing.

Cassidy has been wonderfully transparent about the whole process and very thorough with each step. The communication I would hope any person gets in the restoration of their roof. I am planning to get solar through them as well since Cassidy is an expert in it.
