This group was one of the most professional teams I have ever hired to do a project for me. Build quality, speed, cleanliness and excellent customer service were all top notch. Guys worked when they said they were going to and I couldn’t find a single piece of trash, nail or evidence at all that they were working when they left. Great job! Would highly recommend. Well, I have a new Four Seasons Sun room from Hickory. I did the electrical, added pergo flooring, and white shiplap where the siding used to be. Now, we have a great office and family room. Heats pretty well with just a floor heater. They provided a wood skirt, which I painted to match the siding and it blended in very nicely. Alvin and his crew were great, professional, and installation was excellent. I am very pleased.

We love our new deck! The crew was great. Very neat, professional and skilled. It was a great experience all around, despite some unexpected challenges (with our house, not the deck) that were handled seamlessly. I feel confident recommending this company for any deck work projects.

I had Alvin come out to my home to give me an estimate on a 3 season sun room and an addition to my existing deck. His presentation and attention to detail is unsurpassed. He is proud of of his products and stands behind them. The warranty he offers is unheard of in his profession. He always made time for me if I had any questions or concerns.

Came to our home and took an hour to measure and hear what we wanted for a sun room. They were sending prices for 2 sizes in a week. It has been3 weeks and we would not have heard if we did not call. They seem to have lost all information but have not returned or called. We are not happy.

Follow up:
After writing this, HDD came with prices & options. It took 2 weeks after they started and we hace a beautiful sunroom. Do not hesitate to use this company. Miscommunication happens. A local contractor has not gotten back to us after we drew up plans, specs and materials list.
We will likely be having Hickory Dickery Deck doing our next project.
