Scott was amazing to worth with. Great at communication. Gave us options and explain everything in great detail. We ended up getting full roof replacement, and it was well worth it! I loved the variety of shingle colors offered and was happy with the selection we ended up picking out and how well the new gutters blend in with the house too.

Recently, Hibco Roof a company owned and managed by Scott Hibbs of Gahanna Ohio completed a new siding replacement project on my house as well as new gutters with screen toppers. I found the work crews extremely efficient and the quality of the overall work was excellent.

We were using two different shades of siding for an accent effect and later I discovered that the siding around the garage was not the shade I had expected. Although this was due to a misunderstanding, the build was done to the specifications of the contract.

When Scott heard about this issue, he personally called me and explained that customer satisfaction was a big part of his business plan and offered to have someone come out and replace the siding with the color I had anticipated at no additional cost to myself. I find this to be a refreshing change in today’s business climate.

This company was fantastic all around. They answered all of my questions without talking down to me. They did all of the work with the insurance company. They kept me up to date on everything. They were quick. The longest part was waiting on insurance, which they were patient with. The roof looks great. They cleaned up after themselves. They were kind. I would highly recommend them.

I knew that I wanted high quality because I had just bought my house and plan to be here for a long time. I had called Newman and Feazel. Both quotes were a bit higher than I was comfortable with, especially since it was an insurance claim. Also, after much research and experience…I knew I wanted the OC Duration shingle. Neither company would budge on accommodating that. I actually had the Feazel rep snidely recommend Hibco Roof. Scott came out and said whatever you need! He worked with my insurance on other damage I didn’t even know about with my shed and the shutters on my home. I give Hibco an A+++ on quality, affordability (even though it was insurance, I asked for a cash price and they were more affordable for what I wanted than what I didn’t want), the value is absolutely there, and Scott really made me feel like family. I can’t recommend Hibco Roof enough!!

Got the job done quickly and the roof looks great, and the cost came in lower than the other quotes and offers I got from places like BT Roofing and Feazel.
