Derek and his team at HHX Handfeld Home Xperts completely transformed my primary bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! What started as an old, outdated space that I had no idea how to update turned into the bathroom of my dreams—all thanks to Derek’s vision and expertise.

From the start, Derek made the process easy. He proposed thoughtful new floor plans and even drew them out so I could visualize the changes. We went back and forth making tweaks, and he provided great input until we landed on the perfect layout.

Once we had a plan, the rest of the project was a breeze. Derek told me exactly what I needed to pick out, made style and material suggestions that looked amazing together, and even pointed me to the best places to shop—always keeping my budget in mind. I felt completely supported through every step.

His entire team was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Near the end of the project, I decided (a little last minute) that I wanted shelves added in the shower. I was worried it was too late to ask, but Derek made it happen without missing a beat—and made sure everything looked perfect.

Now I have a bathroom that feels fancy, luxurious, and totally “me.” I’m in love with it and so grateful to HHX for making it happen. I will absolutely be using Derek and his team for every future home project. They’re THAT good.

New house and our builder Coronado Homes neglected to install a 2nd downspout on a 60’ run. Also installed a 5” gutter under a very steep run. Went the cheap way out instead of a 6” gutter. Derek corrected both issues and both issues now working fine under heavy rain. Friendly and easy to work with. Came back a few days later to make a small correction. Would recommend with no reservations.

Derek and his men just completed a shower floor for us. Our slate tiles were crumbling and it was beyond frustrating. We reached out to Handfeld and were given a fantastic price on exceptional work. From the tile and grout recommendations to the near-daily communication to the final execution, Derek made the process simple for our family. His men were on time every day. They were smiling and tidy and hard-working. They were SO patient with our crazy, nosy pets. And afterwards, they cleaned that bathroom better than I do, lol. I had a mess on my hands! I inherited a condominium where the second floor bathroom was ready to fall into the garage. We ended up doing an extensive remodel which was a challenge to manage 100+ miles away. Derek and his team did an excellent job. In addition to completing the job well done, he was as always available for a discussion and was proactive in making me aware of progress and challenges( with a choice of solutions). He did what he said he would do, he “showed up!”

Had roof and gutters replaced came out and showed me the damage to my roof and gutters, Derek was very professional and completely honest! I was very pleased with the work and how quick they were Derek also told me they would clean up trash and nails to make sure my kid and dog didn’t step on any! I have yet to find one!
