H&H Dryer Vent to Chimney Cleaning

Jose and his team did a great job! Not only did they find a pellet stove that was on sale but it fit my existing fireplace area to a T. He was very efficient and clean throughout the whole process. I am extremely happy & will continue to use his services.

I had a dryer vent completely clogged with hardened lint in an area where my meager tools couldn't get to, and they wouldn't have been strong enough to clear even then. H&H Dryer Vent Cleaning Jose Hernandez came out and cleaned the entire vent and even repaired a section so the flow would be even better when it was new. I consider his price more than reasonable and I couldn't have hired a kinder and more knowledgeable person for this job. Of course this is a 5-Star recommendation. This business is top tier. They drove 2 1/2 hours out to Carlsbad to fix my fire place. He went above and beyond and made a trip to Lowes to pick up any extra parts. I also love that it’s a family owned business too. Great customer service, very experienced and knowledgeable and I probably would have burnt my house down without them.

H&H installed took me through the process of adding a wood burning stove to my home. I suffered during the Great Texas Power Outage for 9 days with my bbq in the house to keep pipes from freezing (and myself for that matter). I did not want to repeat that performance ever. Jose is very professional and did a great job replacing our chimney cap. We have done business with him before for serious damage to the fire box and gas feed line. He cleverly returned the fireplace to a functioning asset. The prior owner had melted the back of the firebox and the gas liine feed. Highly recommend! Called H&H for our fireplace Chimney cleaning. Jose came at the appointed time and inspected our fireplace and chimney thoroughly from the bottom and from the chimney cap. He took photos and showed us that it was clean, shiny, and that it did not need cleaning at this time. I appreciated his integrity and honesty. Very good response time when I called and received very detailed information on what would be done. They provided before and after pictures of the chimney and dryer vent. Kept the area clean with drop cloths and shop vac…very impressed! We will be using H&H from now on every year for chimney and dryer vent cleaning. This is our second year to use H&H.

We recently moved into a home that has a few challenges, one being the fireplace. Jose` walked us through the options, how it could be improved, and let us think over what makes sense for our home and life. He also did a terrific job cleaning out the dryer vent, showing us photos of our vent initially not showing any air movement, and then after a big clog of lint came out a couple of places, it showed the air was now moving at 13.2 km! I noticed in the load of clothes I dried that night, they dried faster than usual. Both Jose` and Melissa are genuine and worked with us to find the best solutions for our situation. Had an issue with my wood stove not drawing well. H&H came out at the scheduled time, inspected the unit and cleaned stovepipe and cap. Wood stove is working fine now. They also recommended to further improve the functionality of the wood stove, I needed to add approximately four (4) feet of additional stovepipe and change out cap with an improved model that would not soot up as quickly as my existing one does. I agreed and they’re going to order pieces. I would also say they were very professional and courteous. They used safety devices when accessing the pipe from my roof. I would highly recommend H&H and I’ll be using them for my yearly inspections and cleaning.

Jose did a very thoural job. I was impressed with the professional service are care taken to protect my home from any soot. My chimney was swept from top to bottom and wood burning insert left totally clean. Very reasonable price too! I highly recommended to all my neighbors and local friends with fireplaces.
