I had a wonderful experience with Paul at Hero Roofing! Paul was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, working tirelessly with my insurance company to ensure everything was handled smoothly. It was a long process trying to find a company to remove solar panels and replace them. He kept me updated throughout the process. Paul even made sure my dog, Phoebe, was put in her kennel while the roodf was being replaced which was an extra thoughtful touch. The crew was professional, covered areas for protection during the installation, and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward. Paul also followed up after the installation to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Highly recommend Hero Roofing for their exceptional service, attention to detail, and commitment to customer care! I have never seen someone work so hard to get a job completed.

Needed help with a leaking roof, they got out to the house quick and were very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anyone having roof issues.

I have been fighting with my insurance company for almost two years to get a new roof after a hailstorm. After THREE inspections and THREE DENIALS I was about to give up. Roland was looking at our church and my dad met him and told him my story. Roland came out and looked at my roof. In his opinion insurance should have approved a new roof. Roland was great to work with. A straight shooter. He went above and beyond helping us with our insurance company and
fighting our cause that we had hail damage. I finally got a call that our roof claim was accepted!!! Had it not been for him, we would not have a new roof. His team executed the replacement of our entire roof in just one day!! I'm very pleased and I would highly recommend Hero roofing. The company that lives up to their name.

Paul, Josh and their team took excellent care of me. Paul went out of his way and met with my insurance adjuster to facilitate the process of having my shingles replaced and covered by insurance. HERO Roofing had the shingles replaced on my roof within a week. They did a great job and cleaned everything up superbly. I did not find any roofing nails from the tear off. They helped make a complicated process simple for me and I appreciate that SO much!
