They have done two roofing jobs for me. One shingles and one TPO. Very happy with their work! Their crews are very conscientious and work hard. To top it off their prices are quite competitive.

When you want the work on your roof done right, this is who you call. They are experienced, professional, and do outstanding work. The crew works hard and efficiently and did a nice job with clean up after the job. David and Uvaldo are patient when explaining the parameters of jobs and all your options and never make you feel pressured, which has become rare in this business. After experimenting with various local roofing companies, Heritage is the only company I will use.

Bad at responding or showing up. Previously owner used them as roofers so thought I see if would build me a porch. Got a quote and agreed on the price. Was told someone would call to visit on-site to make sure no surprises before started and never heard from them again.

Contacted David 9/3/24. Requested a quote or repair or roof replacement and to move a canale. David said he would come after 2:00. Instead a man showed up who didn’t speak English and took pictures. On 9/6 I also asked if they do canale move work and the answer was yes. I am having an awning installed. The same guy came unannounced to the house to get details for that work. Heard nothing once gain. On Friday 9/20, after 2 weeks of waiting, texted that the awning is ready to be installed and asked for a price estimate and schedule to do the work. Got a text back, “I will let you know the cost to move the canale later this afternoon and when it can be done.” Heard nothing that day. Monday texted again. When can the work be done and how much? Answer from David, “This week.” I once again ask for a price. It is now Friday 9/27 with no contact regarding price or specific time for the work. I wrote of my disappointment in lack of customer follow up. The company response…they must have misunderstood when I wanted to start and they were waiting on me.

Our church just paid this company $60,000 for a new roof and as a church leader I am disappointed that we chose this company based on their actions with me as an individual only 2 weeks later.

I got a price quote from three different vendors and chose Heritage because their price was very reasonable, and the timeline was excellent. 8 crews came in 7am and they worked very hard all day long for 2.5 days because my house was big. I had several concerns and questions during their process and they were very kind in explaining. They had lots of experiences, I could tell. They also cleaned up all the trashes afterwards very nicely. I definitely would use their services again in the future!

David, Jorge, Waldo, and Heritage Roofing were quick to respond and make it to a property for a roof inspection. Shortly after the inspection David followed up with a phone call and written report. David was very honest in his roof report - he stuck to the facts and did not try to "up the sale", which made it easy for me to trust him and want to do business with him. I really appreciate the professionalism and care that Heritage Roofing took and will definitely recommend and use them.

He communicated directly to move the process along and I'm not sure we would have gotten there without his direct involvement. The entire experience of having our roof replaced went very well from the estimate stage to the completion stage, to two years later when the warranty transferred to new home buyers! Working with David, Uvaldo and the workers was a pleasure. They were very professional, reliable, and provided quality work. They answered all questions and assisted me (giving me shingle advise and samples) to get a truly quality product. The workers came on time, worked tirelessly, were polite and efficient. I can't speak highly enough about the outstanding job Heritage Roofing did on my roof! Due to freak hail/rain storm on May 31st, there was hail damage to the roof and a leak in my garage. After contacting my insurance company, they sent David, project estimator, over to inspect the roof & damage. Never having gone through anything like this, David guided me through the process of making a claim and he consulted with the adjustor.
Farmers was great in covering the damage and approving a new TPO!
The Heritage crew started at 7:30am and worked until 6:30pm! This crew worked hard all day, were polite, professional & made sure everything was clean when they left. You would never know they had been here!
This was an amazing experience & I'm so thankful to everyone at Heritage who made this such a stress free experience! I would highly recommend their stellar services to anyone.

This has been, hands down, the worst experience I've ever had with a home repair. I purchased my home in May 2020 - the agreement was the seller would have the roof replaced before we closed as there were several leaks that needed to be fixed. They were told by David that just putting a new layer of singles on "is the same as a roof replacement." This is entirely untrue. My roof has leaked several times since then and it is next to impossible to get someone to come fix it. Every single time the person scheduled doesn't show up or call. I then have to reach out, again, to reschedule. Usually, they don't show up the 2nd time either. On the 3rd date/time, they'll maybe show up, but 2-3 hours late. There have been several times the person just goes right up on the roof without bothering to call, ring the doorbell, etc. On top of all this, my roof still leaks and I'm not confident it will ever be fixed if they don't tear off this extra layer of shingles and do the job correctly like they should have in the first place. I'm now extremely concerned about mold since all they do is throw more caulk around the roof and paint over the leak spots on the ceiling/drywall.

Heritage Roofing made my roofing replacement understandable, painless and affordable. On the technical part, I was educated to understand what improvement over my old roofing system really meant. The process was flawless and fairly quick. It did not bother or alter my daily routines at all. Their attention to detail gives me confidence about the quality of their work and their ten years warranty gives me peace of mind. On top of that they are not only smart but very kind fellows as well. What is not to like?

Heritage evaluated my needs, then met and interacted with my insurance company to be sure all issues were addressed. Their estimate was approved by the insurers; the work was completed on schedule at less than the estimated cost. All my issues and subsequent questions were addressed promptly. The workers were professional and responsible. The work site was left clean at the end of each day. My new roof, a TPO reconstruction, has functioned as predicted.
