Travis helped me understand the insurance claims process and why he recommended we not file a claim (insufficient storm damage).

He replaced my chimney caps at a reasonable price and removed loose bricks that would have caused poor anchoring. While he was up there, he sealed up some leaks at no charge. When he was done, Travis showed me pictures of everything he did so I didn't have to climb up on the roof to inspect.

If I had to complain about anything, it would be that it took a while for them to schedule to project. If my problem had been urgent, though, I'm sure they would have been more prompt.

The entire team at Heritage Roofing & Exteriors is fantastic! I explained what I needed to have repaired with my chimney chase and they took care of it. They even color-matched an older paint color to the rest of the house. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Very professional and fast. Work with us on getting everything up to date and even took care of a structural issue to eliminate a poor drain design that will prevent future issues. Highly recommended.

Heritage Roofing & Exteriors is the absolute best company to work with! I was buying a house that needed a new garage roof in order for insurance to cover the home. They did great work and they did it quickly! Katie and Travis were very informative, let me know the status of my roof, and when the crew would be over to work on it.
After a couple months, I needed gutter guards and they came back to get that taken care of!

My co-wrker refer me to Heritage, and now I know why she likes them so much. Kyle was super patience while dealing with my insurance to get them to approved me a new roof and gutter. Then took extra step sending them the estimate invoice to get me approved enough to covers more than what they initial did. Believe me, All State made 4-5 months of my life stressfull. Kyle was again patience waiting for me to contact HOA for different color roof (another month). Anyways, finally done! They got roof on in 1 day and gutter the next 2 days. . Kyle recommend the ridge vent to help water not getting in my ceiling (my old roof vent got water leaked in and stained my ceiling), the ridge vent looks very nice. Best thing is, he didnt charge me extra!! Very professional, he kept me update on when they coming out to wrk on what always reponse to txt or phone calls within that day and never shows annoyed or pushy. And….he even helped me dump the heavy wood board in our garden since they had that dumpster. Me and my 78 yrs old father tried to drag it out but it was too heavy for us. I asked him if he can, and did mention if he cant it totally fine. I dont expect him to help since it not his job to, but he did, so nice!!! Thank you so much Kyle for helping me! I will recommend Heritage to everyone that need a new roof now (:

Admittedly, this review is long overdue. I had roof and gutter damage from a hail storm in 2019. I ended up contacting Kyle at Heritage Exteriors who assured me his crew could do an excellent job and could guarantee their work. He helped me deal with insurance, was friendly, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Although I moved out of the house I had the new roof put on last year, I can assure you it is still looking good to this day! Thank you Heritage Exteriors!

Our garage caught on fire and Heritage Exteriors was the ONLY company that was willing to do the work and work with our insurance. They did an AMAZING JOB! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My roof had been pounded by large hail and damaging winds. Very fortunately, I found Heritage Exteriors through HomeAdvisor. Kyle was truly OUTSTANDING in every way from initial estimate through final processing. He was very professional; found problems the insurance adjuster had missed; ensured the insurance company treated me fairly; and kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of the new roof and guttering is excellent. He also referred me to another gentleman named Al, who performed similarly-great work on the interior ceilings which had been damaged by water leaks. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
