The owners of this company, Chris Eden and his wife Talyah Eden are terrific! They are very professional, know the business inside out, and came in with a bid that was lower than other companies using the identical materials. Their work crew is absolutely amazing. If I remember correctly, there were four roofers, and two cleanup workers. As the roofers tore down the old roof, the cleanup workers used brooms, metal brooms to pick up nails, and picked up the old roofing material using wheelbarrows, and then dumping it in the dumpster that had been placed in my driveway. I expected it to take two full days because I have a large piece of property. But it took one day and a couple of hours on the second day. And they were extremely careful about the cleanup so that there would be no nails in the driveway to puncture my tires and nothing anywhere around the house. I could not have asked for better people to do this work. The roof is not quite as blue as in the last photo, but you can definitely see that it is blue roof tile as opposed to the black, which I did not want! I highly recommend them!

Our neighborhood was hit by a significant storm on August 2, 2024. Post storm it felt like complete chaos, tons of companys and trucks swarming the area, looking for jobs to get trees removed, roofing contractors looking for jobs, etc.. In a moment of pure worry and what lies ahead, enter Chris from Heritage Home Roofing and Exteriors. He walked up the driveway, introduced himself, handed me a card, spoke to me like a person and said 'give me a call if you need anything'. No pressure, no sales pitch, no forcing himself into the job.

Flash forward a few weeks when the dust settled, the first person I called was Chris. Right away, Chris and Talyah engaged with us and took the time to sit down with us, explain everything that our insurance was covering, the work they were going to do, the timeframe it would be done in and the cost. One thing I always admire about any company is their ability to give a cost upfront and stick to that cost. That's exactly what Heritage did the entire step of the way. Not only that but their awesome communication, answering the many questions we had along the way (even multiple times for the same question) and never once straying away from their word. They installed a new roof, new gutters and siding.

Talyah is a smart person and takes her company very seriously. She wants to do the right thing at all times and make sure her customers are happy. There is no smoke and mirrors with this company. It’s pure empathy and wanting to make you whole again.

Chris and Talyah helped us every step of the way. From cooridinating the right folks to be on site and do the job, to making sure things get done to even having Chris doing work himself during a very busy and hectic shedule. No matter how many jobs they had going at once, they never stopped communicating, answering questions, checking in, etc... They also worked with our insurance endlessly to make sure we were made whole. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this alone.

I know often times people look at a newer company and hesitate to go with them. I also felt that way for a second but decided to trust my gut and do it. I am glad I did. In a world full of high priced, low quality work, this company provides the exact opposite. They are great people and provide quality work.
