Hepta Roofing

Early in the summer of 2024, I was in the process of having the back porch decking of my rental property redone (wood to composite boards) when the contractor called to my attention a few missing shingles. Indicating that this was a sign of potential storm/wind damage. He recommended that I contact Hepta Roofing, and noted that they could make an assessment of the damage and assist in determining whether the damage could be covered by my insurer. And most importantly, the initial inspection/assessment would be of no charge to me. I called Hepta Roofing and made the appointment for one of their inspectors to come out, subsequent to their inspection, I was advised to contact my insurer to file a claim.

Quite naturally, in filing the claim, the insurer had a claim adjuster come out to make an independent assessment of the damage. I signed a contract with Hepta Roofing, giving them the authority to communicate directly with the insurer, as-well-as retaining their service to make the needed repairs; in my case, to install a new roof.

However, I did incur an out-of-pocket expense of $4,000 due to my deductible and the insurer insisting on applying a charge back to account for depreciation associated with the age of the roof. The insurer explained that if the property at issue was my primary residence vs a dwelling/ (rental unit) they would have assumed responsibility for the entire cost of the project (less my deductible). I must also add that Hepta Roofing was willing to establish a monthly payment plan to cover my, unexpected & unbudgeted financial obligation.

In summary, I strongly recommend Hepta Roofing.

Jose, Alba, and their crew were amazing to work with. They replaced the fascia and trim on our house and then painted it. They clearly communicated what to expect, showed up when they said they would be here, did an awesome job on the work, and cleaned up the entire project. Very happy to have worked with them and happy to recommend them to others looking for a professional company.

My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our new roof, siding and gutters!! Juan was excellent to work with., Alba calling us with project updates, scheduling and letting us know when anyone from their company would be on our property. Which was very comforting to me.
Both the roofing and siding crews were polite and courteous. They were respectful of our property and did an excellent job clean up at the end of the day. They spoke with us multiple times the day while our roof was installed. Juan was quick to respond to all of our questions . we would highly recommend hepta roofing.
