Quick response and the office staff is very pleasant and friendly. They cleaned my gutters in Olney and I was very pleased with the technician that came out!

My first call with Courtney was great she sent me info on their packages and I called back to set a date. Courtney said she would call me back the day before to give me an estimate of the time they would arrive. Never received a call the day before I called about 3 different times and kept getting sent to their answering service, finally I decided to leave a message with the answering service around 2pm. About 4ish someone called back and I let them know I was trying to see what time they would be out tomorrow the lady told me she couldn't give me a time but we are their last job for the day so it would be toward the end of the day. I asked what time they usually end work for the day so I could estimate myself and she told me they usually shutdown around 5pm. The next day comes and I get home at 3pm and it seems as if the job has not been done yet I call to see if they were still coming around 4pm and once again get the answering service I leave a message and still have not received a call back this was Friday. I do though get an invoice on Monday for the job I'm still not sure they came out and did. I have been calling multiple times yesterday and today and can not get anyone to answer the phone. Can't say I will be using them again

It was easy to book an appointment. Courtney kept in contact with us to work out weather-related scheduling issues. The techs did a great job -- our patio has a new lease on life.

I am satisfied with Henry's. Courtney is responsive and scheduled a time for house washing. John came and did a great job. I would highly recommend Henry's

Henry's guys arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently without having to bother me, and performed high quality work for a reasonable price. I plan to have them wash my house every year and like having a guarantee if the exterior mold returns within a year.

This is the response I've sent to Henry's Housework. Should you choose to still hire them after my review, make sure you keep looking over their shoulders as they will not perform a good job if you are not around.

I have called your office yesterday. I wanted to let you know that there is an area of the gutter that has been pulled out about 2 inches from the fascia board. This produced that the rain water was falling in between the gutter and the fascia board and consequently, directly into the foundation which caused the water to come into the basement.

I did not supervised your workers when they came, that's why I am only noticing it now. This is an obvious mistake that was caused by your workers grabbing themselves from the gutter and separating it from the fascia board. This is going to cost me quite a lot of money to repair it.

This is the third time that I have hired your company to clean my gutters. The first time you sent an African American man who did a very good job. The second time you sent a worker that even though he did a good job but he had not all the necessary tools at hand and had to borrow some of mine, including a hose nozzle that he broke and you replaced it.
The third time you sent a couple of workers and I already told you what happened with them.

This issue signals to me that you have quite a turn over of human resources. Perhaps this is due fact that you do not hire competent workers (my case proves it) and/or you do not pay them well enough.

Needless to say, I am not planning to contract your services any longer and be aware that I will be posting this message on the internet as I told the lady that I spoke with yesterday.

Edward Frazier did a very professional gutter and siding cleaning of my house. He took good care of my vegetable garden as well. We are very satisfied with their work.

I needed to have the gutters on my townhouse re-pitched and the work was scheduled very quickly. Quin, the technician did an excellent job! He was very thorough and truly cares about the customer. I have read other reviews but my experience with customer service was excellent. Kathy was pleasant and helpful on the phone. She even took the time to put me in contact with someone who could do some drywall repair. I will definitely use Henry's Housework in the future.

Have used Henry's Housework for gutter cleaning for the past 15 years. They always do a great job. Love the before and after digital photos they send you to demonstrate their efforts.

I use Henry's at least twice a year to clean my gutters and in all cases the people that come to do the service do an outstanding job. I used them this past summer to wash my front and back patio's and they look like new. What ever they used was gentle to the surface but cleaned the pavers to the point where they looked just laid down.

Henry's has been doing work on my house for years . They were back last week to power wash and refinish my deck. Again I couldn't have been more pleased.

Kathy is always helpful, responsive, and on top of things. Steve and Frasier did a great job. We are extremely impressed by the level of their work and professional approach. Hopefully, they can be our crew next time you service hour home.

I had my home power washed by Henry's and they did a GREAT job !
I have well water and asked they bring their own water tank and they did so without question. From the time I spoke to Kathy to schedule to the end of the job everything was great ! If anyone would ask me about home power wash Henry's is the top of the list.

Very quick and efficient service. Cleaned out the gutters and the roof of leaves, then removed the debris from the deck and walkways.

Just an awful experience! Had to contact 3 times via email and phone to get an estimate scheduled and then they NEVER SHOWED. My husband left work early to be there for the estimate and it was a complete waste of his time. When I called the office to ask when we could expect him to be there, the woman was extremely rude to me, said she would call me back and never did. The contractor called 3 1/2 hours after he was supposed to be there to say he had too many jobs to do and wouldn't make it. He couldn't reschedule us, we would have to wait until the following Monday to call the office and reschedule even though it was their fault it needed to be rescheduled. This was just really terrible customer service considering they were trying to get our business, or at least I thought they were. Don't waste your time.

We've used Henry's Housework for two townhomes we rented. So when we finally bought a home it was a no-brainer that we'd stick with them! Sure you could find someone to do it for less, but they'll show up and just blow the gutters clear. Henry's checks over your roof and lets you know of any repairs you may need, with a quote for how much it would cost to do it. But there's no pressure to do it with them or to buy more. We've got a lot of service providers we could go with, but we'll stick with the real pro's.

We were completely satisfied by the work performed by Henry's Housework. The technician identified the problem with our gutters and made the necessary repairs. He was professional and left a clean work area.

Came as promised. Left site cleaner than when they had arrived! Fast, efficient, effective. Looking forward to using them again for fall leaves.

I've used the firm twice now to clean my gutters. Henry's is easy to schedule, show up when they promise, and Lionel, one of their technician's, is a real pro. He earns every penny of the very reasonable fee they charge. I highly recommend them.

Called to get a quote for a minor roof repair. Was pleasantly surprised that they could give me a quote on the phone and the quote was very reasonable. The repairman came out a few days later. He was on time, pleasant and took care of the job. Appreciated that he gave me before and after photos since I didn't really want to get on the roof to look at the job!

I called and left a message with their answering service. The next day I was contacted by some one and I explained that I was looking for a deck repair/replace. She asked me the approximate square footage of the deck. When I provided her the info, she said she would pass it on to one of her Handymen and they would probably just call with a price. I explained to her that I would like some one to come out and take a look at the deck to discuss options. I also stated that I would need to meet some one from their company prior to a quote otherwise I could not do business with them. She rudely said, :"Well fine then, we don't need your business." and hung up the phone. I was surprised given the reviews in Google on their customer service. I don't think it is unreasonable to:
1) Have some one view your project prior to giving a quote
2) Asking to meet with some one prior to starting a project.
Overall with the number of contractors in the area, I would suggest staying away from this one!
