I was on the fence of getting my roof done because I thought it would be expensive and they helped me through the whole insurance claims process. I got a FULL APPROVAL and only had to pay my deductible, that was an absolute steal! $1000 for a brand new roof is a no brainer!

I know my wife gave a review already but I needed to leave one as well. I had a big job done. Brand new roof, siding, and gutters. And these guys kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. Kit, the owner, even followed up personally to apologize for a few weather delays, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to see an owner that involved and down to earth. The work came out beautiful, and the entire team was respectful and professional throughout the whole process.

Next Level Exteriors made a stressful situation so smooth. Crystal in the office was kind and extremely organized. George came out for the inspection of all my home requests and within days we got things running. Communication was excellent and the whole process was fast and painless. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Disappointed – Save Yourself the Headache!

Next Level Exterior replaced my gutters in May due to overflow problems. I was told the new system would fix everything — but unfortunately, it made things worse than before.

When the rain started in June, every single gutter they replaced overflowed even more than my old ones. On top of that, there are multiple leaks between the gutters and the roof. I even have photos showing the overflow marks on the new gutters.

For over a month, I patiently tried to work with them to find a solution. I called, texted, and followed up many times. Sometimes they told me someone would come the next day — but no one showed up. One person did come once, but we couldn’t even communicate the problem due to a language barrier. Other times, I was completely ignored.

I told them that my house would be rented out on June 28th, and they assured me they would fix the issue before then — but they didn’t. Later, I discussed with them whether my property manager or the tenants could help identify and explain the problem since they were already in the house. They agreed and promised to follow up — but again, they disappeared and ignored my calls and texts.

I gave them every opportunity and tried to be understanding, but I can’t stay silent anymore. If this review saves even one person from going through what I did, it’s worth it.

Avoid this company. Poor workmanship, no follow-up, and zero accountability.

Hands down the easiest and most drama free major housing project of my life. I will use this company for every house I will ever own. Every single person from the representative, the adm staff and the installers were true professionals. They assist with red tape of insurance companies quite easily. Truely impressive company! I highly recommend !

Great experience working with Next Level Home Remodeling. Very professional and responsive. Needed someone to patch the roof before the whole roof is done and Brandon was there on a weekend and took care of me. Then the whole roof was done as per my solar panel folks allowed it to happen. Brandon and Kit are very reprove and easy to work with. Prices are also very good and transparent. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

They relined my Box gutters repaired the corbels and repaired a flat modified roof on my garage all work was done to my satisfaction and for a fair price. Fantastic, they got up on the roof to get the estimate. They were responsive to all my questions anytime I called. They even were willing to talk about a competitors estimate I sent them. They came out and did repair of my roof so I wouldn't get water damage inside before they replaced it, for no extra charge. Very good communication. Got the job done in one day. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They replaced roof and added radiant barrier and attic insulation. They also replaced all of our gutters in this process. Our roof was damaged by a hail storm. Our insurance company adjuster agreed that it needed full replacement. Our neighbors had recommended Next Level Home Remodeling as they had recently used them and were really satisfied. We also liked how they had communicated with us during our neighbors construction and kept the area very clean with all errant trash removed from our yard quickly. Geoff came by the same day we called him to give us a complete estimate. He also gave us some recommendations on adding the insulation and radiant barrier as part of the project to help with some heating/cooling issues we are having in an upstairs bedroom. He seemed knowledgeable in working with insurance claims and told us what to expect during the process. Once the project was scheduled, the crew showed up as scheduled and completed the work in the time estimated. Everything was taken care of in a few days. The project manager was on site regularly and was great at communicating timing and expectations. We are very pleased with the work performed and the insulation work we added has really helped keep my daughters bedroom more comfortable. We will definitely use them on our next roofing project.

We used Next Level Home Remodeling to install a new roof and also perform some interior work where we had mold in the bathroom and peeling on the bedroom ceiling. Everyone showed up on time, were very professional, and spent time cleaning up. We worked mainly with Geoff who coordinated all of the work. Next Level replaced my entire roof in a single day. I contacted several similar companies for roof replacement. This is the only company that will follow up my request after initial inspection. It is easy to work with Brian. Later, I had a minor problem related to water flowing over gutter in a rainy day, Brian came quickly to check it out and arranged for a fix a week later. I could not be happier with the experience I had with Next Level Home Improvement!! I had some problems with my roof and kept putting it off because I knew it would most likely be a hassling process. When I finally decided to inquire about it, I spoke with Brian Kelly and he made me feel completely at ease. Next Level Home Improvements replaced our entire roof and repaired the interior of our garage after water damage. I can not say enough about the fabulous work that they did. From the initial call to the finished product, I was extremely impressed by their customer service and workmanship. Highly recommend!!

Next Level replaced my roof, gutters, and skylight. Working with Brandon and Brian was very easy. The installation of the roof took one day and the gutters part of another day. I had some minor problems with the gutters and Brandon came quickly to check it out and arranged for a fix. I really appreciated how responsive they were to my concerns. I had gotten 5 estimates for this job from different contractors. There was a pretty wide range of prices. Next Level's price was not the lowest, but seemed fair and I liked Brandon's friendly, non pressure, informative approach.

We contacted the company for a kitchen project. They responded really quick to survey our basement and gave us an on the spot quote. The people came out seemed very professional , friendily and knowledgeable.

After I purchased all the materials, cabinets, and appliances for the project. Then I reached out to them to get to the next step. I received no response. One of the contractors said the person got it and is working on it. I sent few more messages in the next 12 days to get more information and had gotten nothing. I had been patient in this process. At this point, I am moving in less than a week and is left with no plans what to do with all the materials I purchased over thousands of dollars.

At this point, my project was about a week away. I was left hanging. So I called another reputable contractor. The other company surveyed my house in a day, provided me the full quote break down on paper, and manage to schedule the project start day in 3 days; for less than 1/2 of the price NLH quoted me!? How?

I found NLH due to good reviews. I am quite disappointed with the lack of communications from them. I am giving 4 stars only for their level of friendiless when we first talk. As for their skill sets and abilities, they might as well be the best they could be in it. Best of luck!

Very professional, timely, and direct about the issue I had with my roof. They didn’t try to push me into buying a new roof like another company did. Plus, they’re super friendly which made it an overall great experience.

We originally hired Next Level Home Remodeling to replace our roof a year ago. They did an amazing job from beginning to end. We really appreciated the representative’s “no-pressure” estimate that did not require a long presentation. He told us what was necessary and answered all of our questions. He provided us with a quote and simply asked us to call him if and when we were ready. The crew did an amazing job. Although we were told several times, we were still surprised that it was completed in just one day.

We were so please with the work that we just hired Next Level to redo our kitchen. This included new floors, cabinets, granite counter tops, new fixtures, recessed lights and under-cabinet lighting. We are so happy with our new dream kitchen!
