Several windows on my 1984 built home needed attention. I had requested quotes from five different companies- two of them never responded; two other companies responded days later with very expensive quotes. Mourad from Quality Windows & Glass Repair responded the same day, performed inspection of the windows, and provided a quote that was absolutely fair and affordable.
Mourad is one of those few rare professionals who cares more about solving window problems in the most efficient manner as opposed to exorbitantly charging clients for money by offering services that that might not be required. For example, he suggested a minor inexpensive repair to resolve a window balance problem while others suggested a total replacement. I was amazed at the level of expertise and passion Mourad brings to solving glass related problems. His resolve is “we will get it done professionally and efficiently”. If it was not for Mourad, I am afraid I might have had to replace several windows.

Quality Window did a great job with a window repair at my house. I looked into replacing the window myself but they were quick and did a great job. I’m so happy I chose them!

From finish to end, both me and my Wife are totally satisfied with the work done and the customer service. This company worked with us and was very patient. We ordered the window through the original company that put our windows in our home, however, on two occasions, the window was shipped to our home, but it was damaged each time. Now on these two occasions, Quality Window and glass Repair LLC came out to repair our damaged window and each time upon opening the shipping package, the window inside was damaged. QW&GR LLC didn’t get angry, instead they worked with us and kept a very positive attitude. On the third go around, we just got the glass from QW&GR LLC to ensure the glass window would not be damaged. Finally, today, 29 May 2025, our window has been successfully repaired/replaced and we are extremely pleased with the work. Thanks again to the Father Daughter duo who brought a smile on our face and heart. If we ever experience a need such as this again, we will without a doubt, contact QW&GR LLC for their assistance and expertise.

What a pleasure to work with Mourad. We had a broken large double pane window. I called and sent a picture to Mourad who came out the same day, and took the broken window away, but not before offering to use foam to cover the opening left from the absent sash. He responded to my texts consistently within a few minutes. Let me know when the window was repaired and ready to be reinstalled. He provided a two hour time slot he expected to arrive and texted me when he realized he would be a little late. He texted again when 10 minutes away. He reinstalled the window seamlessly! It was nice using Quality window and glass repair at my office in DC they did a great job replacing my main window glass also have used them later to replace my sliding glass door at home. I do strongly recommend Quality window and will use them again if need it.

We recently purchased an older home with casement style Anderson windows. Due to the age of the windows, we assumed that they needed to be replaced. We had broken panes and cranks that wouldn’t open. Several companies quoted us six figure estimates for window replacement. I started calling around for possible window repair and found Mr Mourad. He was able to come out that same weekend and spent several hours evaluating all the windows in the house. He told us that our windows were high quality Anderson windows that only needed repair and routine maintenance. Per my husband’s request, Mr Mourad showed my husband how to replace the cranks on his own (to save additional money) and our broken glass was replaced within the week. All together, the repairs cost under 10k, saving us a huge sum of money. We are so thankful to have found Mr Mourad and recommend him to anyone that needs window and glass work!

I found QWR on an internet search for window repair. When I called the response was quick and professional. I was concerned because these windows are over 20 years old. Once measuring was completed, the parts were ordered. Everything was installed on the timeframe given. It was great to get these older windows fixed and functional again.
