i am really happy with my new roof from a local roofer in Broomfield. the whole experience was fantastic. right from the start, the sales manager, randall, was very thorough and made sure every detail in the contract was just right. then there was kyle and maximus, the quality control managers, who came by every day to check that everything was being installed the right way. the roofing crew was awesome too—they worked quickly, were super polite, and put in a lot of hard work from sunrise to sunset. it was great having them around. they did skilled work and always cleaned up the area every day as the job went on. the office team, who answered all my questions, was really helpful too. the last photo i included shows the back of my house, and you can tell it was not an easy job! from beginning to end, this was an a+ roofing project.

Stanley was one of only two who got back to me, and he was the first. Stanley came over, inspected our roof, and sat down with my spouse and me to explain in detail what needed to be done and how his team would do it. (I now know more about roofing than I ever thought I would.) From his extensive knowledge and the meticulous detail he went into, it was clear Stanley knew his stuff. But could his team deliver what Stanley promised? The answer is a resounding: YES! Randall, the team leader, and his crew were like a well-oiled machine working on our roof. There were some weather-related issues (our job was during the winter), but those were the only hiccups. Not only was the roofing expertly done, but Randall and his team took extraordinary care to ensure nothing around the house was damaged and their post-job clean-up was impressive. Throughout the project, Randall answered any questions my spouse had and Stanley made several visits to ensure the project was progressing smoothly and to quality check the work. My spouse was so impressed with their work and the way they conducted themselves, she even bought the entire crew gift cards. (She's a retired manager and isn't easily impressed, but Stanley and his team won her over!) And if you haven't picked up on it yet... I was away during the entire project... but it didn't matter. Once the roof was finished and everything was cleaned up, the gutter crew got to work. The thought of one of those icicles falling at the wrong time and potentially injuring someone was worrying, so when Stanley mentioned the gutter guards had a heating option, we decided to go for it. This winter, so far, the roof has been completely free of icicles (and not a single leaf in the gutters either). During a particularly harsh winter, you can really see the difference the heated gutter guards make.
