Henn and Sons has completed two different jobs for us. A large bay window replacement as well as gutters with leaf guards. We were thoroughly happy with the completed project, and they even caught an issue that was not corrected by another company who had completed work on our roof.

We did a large project in Cedar Lake, Indiana. We had the privilege to work with Henn and Sons Construction on our project. We can not say enough great things about this first class company. Will defiantly be referring them to all our customers and associates. If you want to work with a responsive and considerate company look no further than Henn and Sons for your construction needs.

Henn has done industrial and residential work for me. Always done well and fair on pricing. Super flexible and accounting. All his crew are good ppl.

We waited well over a month last year for an estimate on a lakefront addition, we were very confused on why we needed their architect for this estimate. The artlchitect had surgery (understandable on time delay), but the day before she was due to arrive we were told it would be $4k for the architects plan. The next morning a call came in that she was running late & it would be at least 2 more hours, so my husband told her to just stay home. 5 weeks of our time was wasted with this company & we still were never given a reason on why we needed their architect. We called Valpo Excavation & the owner was here within 3 days, charged us $300 for the estimate & really wants the job for our lakefront addition! We don't understand what has happened to this company, their grandfather & father were long time friends of our family. We've never been given the runaround from company like we did with Henn & Son, it was so unbelievable & shameful on their part!

David was excellent! Truly takes pride in his work and very tidy. Thank you for the beautiful new stairs on our patio!

Called Henn & Sons on Tuesday May 27th. They called back on Wednesday and told me that my job would be assigned and to expect a call. I called them back on Thursday and they informed me that John Henn would call me that day. Here it is, June 13th and still waiting for them to call me. I've used Henn a couple of times in the past and had nothing but great service from them. But like most places , customer service has become a fond memory.

Very good . I hired them to repair drywall, paint inside my house, put on new roof and gutters. They did an excellent job!! Would hire them again. Greg project mgr was great, he checked on entire job.

One of the I assume owners in a new GMC Yukon severely cut me off (Sticker for company on back of car, not smart to drive dumb while having your company on there). Causing me to fully lock up my brakes with complete disreguard to any cars around her. I have complete situation on dash cam and would love for Henn and Sons to pay for the detail cleaning of my interior from the spilled drinks on my seats... if there owners drive this poorly I can only imange how bad there craftmanship is at the job site.

Top notch contractor, period. I don't write many reviews, and am as picky as you can get regarding quality. The team at Henn & Sons knocked it out of the stratosphere. They are professionals, craftsmen, who actually care about the job they perform. Yes, these types of contractors actually still exist, albeit hard to find these days. Tom is a great project manager; Steve is an outstanding carpenter, and Rick an excellent painter. I had them perform concrete flatwork, fiberglass bean installation, aluminum trim, painting, and replace a cupola on my roof.

Henn and Sons did a fantastic job finishing our basement. They were prompt and professional. The cost of the project was very reasonable.
The craftsmanship was excellent.

While we are just around the corner to being back in our HOME :) after a fire, which was devastating!!! Henn and Sons crew were very kind and considerate to our needs. They explained through out the process our choices and code issues needing to be addressed. Which were many, as it was an electrical fire. We had all the best in a crew Project manager Jack Devine who had all materials delivered and scheduling of his crew. Then onto all of the approvals with Insurance to get our house rebuilt!!! Not an easy JOB!!! Mikie and Murphy with there fantastic carpentry skills and they are talented!! Jake and Chip also their apprentice did great Electrical work. Heating and A/c Pustail did very professional job. Our plumber Doug was a champ dealing with crawl space and champion at his trade!! Painter Dave and others also did a wonderful job!!!Fantastic job on our floors Todd they look fantastic :). The Cabinets/countertops are charming and classic Andy from Von Toble appreciate your assistance and expertise. Needless to say we are pleased with the superior work you all have done to make our house absolutely stunningly BEAUTIFUL and SAFE! We whole heartedly appreciate each of your efforts and kindness on our behalf!! It will be "HOME SWEET HOME" Again Thank you beyond words......AWSOME JOB!!!!!!!! Anna and James Abram

The worst experience (& first) with a construction company ...9 times out of 10, the things that were ordered by jack, we're wrong. Scheduling is a joke, told somebody will be there on Wed to tape & mud, big surprise, nobody here. Missing pieces to Windows, ordering was put off until the very last minute. We had to go out and buy items on our own, because we couldn't trust jack to order items...if I could give ZERO stars I would

Professional and courteous every step of the way. During my project, the foreman stayed in constant contact with me and there were no surprise charges. They even went the extra mile by installing exterior lights and rehanging my house number. Give these guys a call; you won't be disappointed!
