We recently bought a home that had a roof installed by Helpful Roofing, and had a few areas we wanted checked out just to be sure everything was in good shape. Michael McCollum, the owner, came out personally to inspect it. He was incredibly professional, kind, and courteous—truly a man of his word. He took the time to walk us through everything and confirmed that the questionable spots were from before the new roof was installed. It gave us real peace of mind knowing the work he did was solid. I am in the process of purchasing a house, and the home inspector said it would need a new roof. I needed a quick quote for a full roof replacement to take to negations. Michael was recommended to me by someone he has done work for in the past, so I gave him a call. Michael was extremely helpful in getting it to me super quick, he had it back to me within just a few hours! Wanted to say that our initial thoughts on the water damage we were having on the ceiling and walls in our second story room was that we’d need to replace our shingles, but after a very meticulous inspection of the problem in our attic on a very hot day Michael found the issue was an HVAC drainage pipe, to the benefit of our wallet. Can’t tell you how much my Wife and I appreciated the time he took on helping us out. Outstanding customer service to say the least and a definite future customer for an upcoming need to replace our shingles.
