They are great to work with. They show up and get the job done. Always very friendly and easy to work with.

Work was done well and on time, however get a written bid. The first time I used them they over billed me. That time I had a written bid so they fixed it. This time I failed to get a written bid and got a bid over the phone. They sent me a bill for almost 500.00 more than the bid. Even though argued the point they only took a portion off.

Excellent and honest service. They don't try to sell you services you don't need. Jason was great by answering my incsesent questions and explaining everything he was doing. Definitely recommend! AAA+++

This was my first time using Heggeman and I was extremely satisfied! There were several issues with my water heaters, piping etc and more. They took care of everything. The plumber was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything. I would highly recommend them. Judy, Creve Coeur

Good morning,
Yesterday morning your agent came on a service call. Upon arrival I told him the issue was overflow from the dishwasher, which was stoped in cycle.
Upon restart it once again overflowed and he believed it was the Samsung dishwasher.
He was here less than 15 minutes, and that is the issue. I have contacted other plumbers whose service call is $50.00 + $65/hr.

We feel the charges below are inappropriate based on what was done and that I was never notified of the cost beforehand.
We believe there should be an adjustment for the hourly charge.

Top Notch!!! Had a more complicated issue and repair needed. The repairman that came assessed the situation and offered the best repair needed. They then came back completed the repair and made sure my heat would be restored. Thank you for the great work and awesome professionalism.

Our Old Hot Water Heater was no longer working right and they were able to quickly get us a new one installed. Tech did a great job. They are a great company to use, this was their second time helping us out. I highly recomend this company.

Everyone who has no water and needs to shower and wash clothes and dishes knows the urgency of getting a plumber as soon as possible. Heggemann plumbing came to the rescue!! Prompt and professional. Heggeman did a repair three years ago and told me cost would be around $500. Fine had repair done called to pay it turned into $750. I see a pattern with this company. This is the best part three years later that repair started leaking again. Why because they used a galvanized cap on a copper pipe from my research that is a plumbing NoNo . Well then I got charged for the same repair twice. Will never use them again.
