STAY AWAY THEY DO NOT PAY SUBCONTRACTORS

We are a small landscaping and snow removal company here in St Louis, we were hired by First Choice at the very last minute to provide snow services for a T Force facility on Hall St, as of the date of this review first choice still owes us over 17k for services rendered to their customer on their behalf, we have terminated all contracts with first choice effective immediately.

Working with First Choice Facilities has been seamless and professional. Communication is on point and their team is readily available to make sure you have the tools help you succeed. We plan to continue working with First Choice to expand our commercial side of work even further.

First Choice says it all. They would be our first choice every time! We own a large snow removal company in Summit County, CO. Our county resides at 9,000 feet elevation so winters are real here. We have been in business in Summit County for almost 20 years and operate one of largest Snow Removal companies here. We have over 350+ properties. During our 20 years of Snow Removal, we have dealt with a multitude of property managers, facility management companies, third party companies and just about every company you can use. First Choice has been a treat to work with. This is saying a lot in an industry where most companies complain about everything. This is the first third party company we have dealt with that was simple, prompt on payment, communicative and professional on every level possible. I will highly suggest contracting with First Choice if the opportunity arrives. There are a lot of third-party facilitating companies out there, so do yourself and your company a favor and work with First Choice if possible. I usually am not a review person, but I do like writing reviews when they are deserving. If you have a property that contracts with First Choice or you have the opportunity to work with First Choice, you should. Everyone there was professional, but I would like to point out our company's main contact, Justin Pewitt. I would hire Justin in about 1 second. Justin was absolutely outstanding during our winter contract. He was all over the communication line and always available when needed. So, thank you Justin for your very professional relationship with our team. My only complaint is that First Choice does not contract with all our other properties! Business would be much more pleasant if all third-party companies followed First Choice.
