You could always tell — he wasn’t the guy rolling up in a brand-new $80–90k truck trying to look flashy while ripping people off. Shingle Tech provided a great service for a great price. Communication was thorough. Many question were answered before we were able to ask. They arrived when expected and our yard was very clean when they were finished. We are very well pleased with our roof.

We use Shingle Tech to replace our roof. We were very happy with the whole process very clear and easy process. They were very profesional beginning with the estimate, explaining all the options and answering all my questions ( many of them in my case), to let you know with anticipation when the work will start, when will be done. shingletech's crew was a well oiled machine! tear off, some replaced boards, recover & clean up in 1 day. nails magnetically picked up. photos provided. They even came a day early to place protective netting over my landscaping to protect the plants. I would highly recommend this roofing company.

Owner (Nik) is prompt, responsive and thorough on inspections and bids. Office (Shalene) is very helpful, organized and pleasant, taking you through the details preparing for the installation. Crew is fast, efficient, and trustworthy. The AI app is user friendly. I wish this company worked in areas further from Franklin county so they could do more of my roofing projects! We did have completed 3 and I am super happy! Highly recommend!

I’m am extremely pleased with the work that was provided by Shingle Tech. They came out right away to provide me with an estimate and then the scheduling process was very simple and quick. They showed up on schedule and on time and had my roof finished in one day and everything was cleaned up well and safe for my pets to run around the yard. They are reasonably priced, professional and prompt. They use quality roofing materials and stand by their product and labor. They also provide several flexible payment methods/options which made affording the dreaded project less painful to the wallet. I highly recommend Shingle Tech if you are looking for a new roof. They have installed new roofs on many of neighbors homes and are scheduled to do my parents.

We had a wonderful experience with Shingle Tec. They were very patient with us and so helpful in picking a shingle color which was so important. They also handled all communication with the adjuster making our lives easy since this is our first time having hail damage and a roof replaced. They were on time, workers were respectful and friendly and they did a great job with clean-up. We highly recommend using ShingleTec for roof replacement and repair!

Nic communicated very well with us and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. They even tarped my roof (we had a leak) until we could get on the schedule. They used protective netting to keep our landscaping and deck from getting debris on them and did a great clean up job. We were very impressed that they had a supervisor inspect the job before, during and after installation, even making a correction that he felt wasn’t perfect (we would have never noticed). Nic and his team at Shingletec did a fantastic job. From our initial contact to the completion of the project, communication was clear, work was delivered exactly as promised, and our roof looks great. There are about a hundred houses in our neighborhood that have had roofing projects done since April’s hail storm, and NONE were done more quickly or better than our project. Shingletec did in a morning what took other companies a day or longer, and the work is top-notch. I would highly recommend Shingletec to anyone looking to have roof work done.

Fantastic Work! Roof looks great! Service was spot on!!! We have 2 dogs and I was worried about nails in the yard. The crews set up netting around the house and ground to protect the windows and grab the nails. Then they spent plenty of time raking the yard with magnets to grab the strays.

Contacted Nic for second opinion. Quick response for bid & roof repair. Provided pics for proof of damage, other roofer did not. Cost
was less than other bid. Repairs done quickly. Employees polite, hard workers. Extremely pleased. If ever need new roof, will definitely contact this company.

Everything started out well. Timely written bid, competitive price, flexibility. Then the estimator shorted the amount of shingles and turned it into a multi-day job. The foreman was asked to remove the stove pipe penetration from the garage, but didn't. I had to purchase and install a cap for the pipe. The contractor bid the replacement of any damaged sheathing/boards (at additional cost). We knew this would be an issue on the covered porch. Several boards were replaced, but one severely damaged board was completely missed. The contractor was given several opportunities to remedy the situation over three months with repeated messages. Still not fixed as of 11/17/23.

UPDATE 12/12/23: The bad boards seen in the photos have been repaired, so I updated the number of stars.

Made the entire process seamless and easy for us. Answered all our questions and delivered on promises. Live up to their slogan...Get what you expect! Great job.

Single tech did work for us about 3 years ago now. The work is holding up great. We had several people stop and ask us who was doing the work while they were doing it and shortly after it was finished because it looked so good. Highly recommend!

There were a number of things wrong with the roof, and they discussed with me all of the possible options. They could’ve encouraged the most expensive option, but actually encouraged the one that made the most sense and was also a little more budget friendly for me!
