They knocked a good size tree over, then left it. It's still there being held up by another tree. They didn't level yard after putting septic and drain field in. Left huge rocks. It looks terrible. Neighbor tripped over it while walking back there. Everyone that sees it comments about how they can't believe a company would leave such a disaster behind. If you read many other reviews, they also have a pattern of giving you an estimate then the final bill ALWAYS being hundreds higher. My review is for my neighbor who is elderly and can't post reviews. We live in Woodridge and believe us, your name is now on the do not use list after screwing this lady over. You should be ashamed

When I tell you Bob did that shampoo bowl install...I mean He did it!!! I am so Blessed to have had Bob as my Technician with Heggemann, Inc. He was professional, efficient, treated me with respect as a small business owner, and you could tell He knew his stuff! I will definitely use this company again. It was worth every penny. Now Bob is my new plumber. Thank you again Bob and thank you Heggemann, Inc.

Heggeman Plumbing, not only squeezed me into their schedule, but they did a fantastic job. They were clean, efficient, and very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly!

I had called multiple services to try to fix/figure out why my basement drain was clogged and flooding daily. One business was a no show/no call back after missing appt, two others never called back. Heggeman added me on the schedule and was able to move me up on the schedule due to a cancelation. Heggeman is expensive, but they will answer a call, respond promptly, show up, and do a quality job. They do not push services, but will give advise and alternatives. This will not be my last time going through Heggemann Plumbing.

Service arrived promptly and got right to work! He was honest about the potential for additional work to be done but reassured us that we were in good shape short term. I would absolutely call them again !

Heggeman plumbing did repair about 3 years ago when I initially called they quoted around $500 had the repair done called to pay it turned into $750. I see a pattern. That repair started leaking again they came back out to find the galvanized cap they put on a copper pipe failed in my research copper and galvanized is a No No I could see the hole in the galvanized cap caused by corrosion. So I got charged twice for the same repair because of their lack of experience are they just don't care. I will never use them again. Customer beware.

Good service and very punctual and efficient. Eric installed our water heater and answered all my questions, even about water softener option we are considering thus fall.

The repairman did a good job, but after he completed the work he told us the bill was an amount under $300 but when we received the bill in the mail it was $500!! after several emails back and forth they can't explain the discrepancy. this leaves a very bad taste in my mouth we will NOT be calling Heggemann in the future!

I called, they answered, listened, had an appt set up for me in just a day or two later. The man came, listened to me, talked it over to me what the issue and what would solve it. I agreed. For under $300 my trap was installed, just like he said he would. Problem solved. Is so nice when people know what they're doing and don't overcharge you. Heggemanns did a wonderful job on replacing our water heater and water softner. They were professional and helped us get hot water ASAP. We would recommend them to anyone.

We have had great experience with this plumbing company. This year temperatures plummeted and we had to get our A-frame at Innsbrook closed down for the winter. They came out next day, blew out our pipes, the plumber they sent really knew Innsbrook A-frames. We have had other good experiences in years past. Highly recommend them.

Our water heater went out and we needed help. All I needed was one phone call and they wet up a time for the repair man to come by and see what was wrong. Their plumber showed up a few minutes early and went to work. In a matter of minutes he had replaced a part and the water heater started working again and has not stopped. Was a little disappointed in Heggemann, I asked them to give me an estimate on some shower repair work, and at the same time to fix a leaking water hydrant ( outside faucet).On the shower repair work they gave me a written estimate, but on the water hydrant it was a verbal estimate of $175.00 so I told them to fix the hydrant. However when I received the invoice it was for $278.00 when I questioned the difference they reduced it $200.. Very disappointed as I can not understand how an repair can go from $175. to $278 I am happy that they at least reduced it to the $200.00

They were very efficient and came out very soon after I called. The plumber was nice, professional and very understanding of the emergency.

They came out quick and talked with us, told me he had a plan and he carried it out. Very nice did it Friday morning. He had suggested that we line the trench with sand to protect the pipes so that the problem doesn't happen again in the future and I would never have thought of that.

They went above and beyond to clear a drain that was behind our water heater. I thought for sure they would have to remove the water heater to get to the drain and I knew that would cost more just in time but the man who came out climbed over the water heater and had the washer drain cleaned out in no time.
