Exceptional customer service. We had a complicated issue since we have solar panels on our roof. Chad and Heath worked with another company so they could be removed and reinstalled. Everything was timed out perfectly between the two companies and that was all handled by Heath Roofing. I cannot express how easy they made this complicated process. I would definitely use this company again.

I cannot tell you what a great company this is. Meeting Heath after the hailstorm we had in May was a pleasure, he was very professional, no high pressure sales pitch. Went up on the roof and pointed out the damaged roof and gutters and fascia. A few days later Heath came out with Chad to meet with the insurance adjuster and pointed out the damage to him. They got everything covered that should have. Work started on time and was finished within the day. Now comes the best part, my insurance company delayed my final payment, for some reason , for about 7 weeks. The work was completed already but Heath and Chad were very patient with us. What a great experience it was to work with such a great people. I forgot to mention that the work was done to our complete satisfaction, everyone was so professional. I highly recommend Heath Roofing.

Heath was able to convince the insurance company to cover the full cost of our roof replacement after they had rejected our initial claim. I would highly recommend Heath to anyone in need of roof replacement or repair.
