I don’t normally leave reviews but I was very impressed and would like to leave my experience as to possibly help someone also looking for roof repair needing to be done.

Recent storms had damaged our roof and was needing it repaired. Talked with Jesus at Heat of Texas Roofing and he was very informative, genuine , and offered us a competitive price (I had quotes from other roofing companies). He was also willing to place a temporary tarp down in the damaged areas incase it rain again to not further damage anything at no additional cost. After committing to the repair Jesus had the crew stop by that weekend and had our roof fixed! He even followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

This is the third time I've had to replace my roof due to hail damage, and it's the only time the job was done correctly. I've been a home owner in Texas for a long time so this wasn't my first roof replacement but it was by far the best! I only wish Jesus and his company Heat of Texas Roofing had done them all. He exceeded our expectations in very aspect. The things important to us were handling a very difficult insurance situation. Always getting the insurance company people to respond and move us through all the required inspections and paperwork as quickly as possible and always keeping us informed. And providing prompt communications by phone, email and text depending on what was needed. At every step answering our questions and concerns. He has a great team that gets the roof removed and replaced in one day! I loved watching the mini elevator used to get the supplies from ground to roof. And finally the materials and workman ship were top notch. The roof and gutters looked spectacular when completed. I only wish all contractors took as much pride in their work as Jesus.

One of our neighbors recommended Heat of Texas Roofing when our roof started leaking. Jesus and his crew had taken care of their roof replacement a few months earlier, and they were very satisfied with his work. We called Jesus the morning after the leak and he was at our house that afternoon covering the leaking areas. He explained the entire process to us, and worked directly with our adjuster to make sure we received the new roof we desperately needed. I found the folks from Heat of Texas Roofing to be very professional. I first asked them to check my roof after the hailstorm, and he did it right away and found extensive damage. They are very knowledgeable in dealing with the insurance company and they worked with my insurance company and myself throughout the entire process of my roof replacement. Jesus knocked on our door after the golf ball sized hail storm hit offering a free inspection. I took his card did some research and then text him to take him up on his offer. Jesus made the experience painless from start to finish. He came the next day to do this inspection, was very through and included drone photos. I had already submitted a claim with my insurance so he offered to make himself available to come back and meet with our adjuster for their inspection as well. Once we got clearance from our insurance and HOA, Jesus had his team out the next day and they did a complete removal and installation in a day and a half. Very professional experience and we keep in contact for future projects.

Having been a homeowner in North Texas for over 20 years, I've had several roof replacements done by various roofing contractors and I can honestly say that my experience with Heat of Texas far surpasses any that came before.

For starters, Jesus provided an incredibly detailed inspection with drone footage that made it much easier to spot damage, as well as provide solid documentation of the damage for the insurance adjuster. The great service didn't stop with the inspection, Jesus continued to provide clear and concise communication about (and throughout) the whole process. When it came time for material and color selection, I was provided with several choices that had already been curated to suit the color palette of my home, and was given an in-depth explanation about each type of material and its benefits. The entire crew that completed the various parts of the job were all polite and respectful, and you could tell they took pride in doing a quality job. Just top notch service!

The end result was a dramatic improvement in the look of my home, with a beautiful new roof that definitely stands out from the rest of the neighborhood, brand new gutters that work better than the originals they replaced, as well as re-staining of my fence which now looks more modern that when it was new.

Wanted to take the time to share my experience with Heat of Texas roofing company. We got our roof replaced after hail damage. Jesus and his team did the work and used very premium quality materials and with great finishing including the gutters at a great price. We were very happy with the overall finishing. But then it’s said that real character of an individual is tested not when everything goes fine but when things don’t go as planned. So after 3-4 months there was heavy rain for a couple of days and we saw water dripping from the pantry. We did the inspection and found it’s coming from one of the exhaust on the roof. We called Jesus and he took ownership of the issue caused by a hairline crack in the exhaust. He immediately send his team to repair the exhaust and then arranged the drying team to dry the wet area and then post drying sent his team to change the drywall and repainted it within very short time frame. Overall my experience was great and I recommend Jesus for any roofing work. He has a very professional team. He really takes care of his clients and supervises the work personally and stands by if something goes wrong to address the issue immediately.

Heat of Texas Roofing was highly recommended to me by my brother who recently had his roof replaced by them. It turns out listening to your older brother sometimes has its benefits..lol. Jesus made the entire process quick and painless for me. A true professional, he's honest, very knowledgeable, and straightforward, a combination that is hard to find nowadays. Communication with him was not a problem. Whenever I have questions or concerns, he responds promptly via text or email. It's not uncommon for him to arrive earlier than usual for any appointments. There are a couple of times where I have to tell him to push it out 1/2 hr or so because it's too early for me. It just goes to show how determined he is to do things correctly and on time. His roof and gutter crews did an amazing job!! Upon completion of the job, Jesus and the crew will clean up the trash and conduct a thorough (magentic) sweep around the property to remove any nails that fell onto the ground. My new roof turned out beautifully, and I couldn't be happier. All in all, I had a painless experience and the outcome exceeded my expectations, so I definitely give it a 10!
