We had Headings Brothers come out to make a repair to our exterior soffit which had water damage due to a siding issue. HD made the soffit repair, fixed the siding, and gave us very helpful advice on other exterior projects we are planning. The timeline they gave was accurate, pricing was fair, and interactions with all were nothing but professional. We will be utilizing them again in the future and can recommend the company without hesitation.

A shining light in a challenging industry. My interactions with this company to install a door in were above my expectations. We had an issue with the installation and they were very focused to finding a solution and ultimately leaving with a happy customer. A rarity in the construction process these days. There’s a reason they’ve been in business as long as they have!

Headings Brothers has been a great company to work with. Their office staff is professional, friendly and best of all, honest in letting you know when they will be able to complete your project. No false promises. The workers who completed our work were did excellent work in a very efficient time frame. They too were professional and friendly. Good communicators. After having several other contractors make and break promises to do this work, finding Headings Brothers was a huge relief. In short, they do great work in a professional and friendly way.

We had a great experience working with the Headings Brothers team. From the initial meeting with Roger & Natalie to the final construction with Justin, everything was perfect. We had an existing screened in porch, but the amount of time we could spend out there was very limited due to the high winds, rain and snow throughout the year in Ohio. In speaking to Roger, he recommended that we add windows to the space to ensure that we could still enjoy the screened porch feature while also allowing for protection from the outside elements when needed. He also recommended that we add a better door since the storm door that was installed when we built the house was not sufficient. They worked hard to find us the perfect windows and door that would match our existing home design and allow us the greatest air flow when we wanted to enjoy the breeze. Justin was very professional during the installation days and did an amazing job. He even went above and beyond to fix some things that were not completed by the original builder. Ann was great to work with in the office, keeping us up to date on our timelines and taking care of the paperwork. We highly recommend Headings Brothers and will use them for sure in the future for any of our exterior constructions needs.

We used Headings Brothers not only for the exterior finish of our dream home, but have called them back on several occasions for various projects because of their integrity and the unmatched quality of work. Recently, we had them build a bridge across a creek that runs through our property and could not be more pleased (pics below). This is a long review because this company is deserving and because I'm detail-oriented. Our experience could not have been more positive, and I say this as someone who has spent the last year doing a ton - new metal roof, structural work, hiring engineers for design, carpenters, french drains, tree removal, appliance repair - it's been a slog. Roger and Randy (the "brothers") and everyone at this company are everything you want in a contractor. We requested repeated schedule changes, quote changes, materials changes (google Hydrogap, use this instead of Tyvek to get yourself a drainage plane, not a big difference in cost but a big difference in performance), etc., and they were always willing to accommodate us. They were polite, professional, all around good people, and their pricing is more than fair considering the quality of work. The level of craftsmanship is just wow...can we talk about the caulking? Randy's son Tyler should teach a master class. This is one of those things that seems minor but it is SO HARD to do well, and when it is done well it takes a good install to exceptional. Not only does it look pristine but it makes everything water tight, and we are super sensitive to water intrusion (the whole reason we had to replace siding and windows was because of rot). Every siding joint was cut clean, every nail hole was painted over, and the trim, my gosh the trim is beautiful. We had super uneven rough openings because of an abundance of flashing, nailing fins, we used pre-formed sill pans to drain water - all of this is great to prevent water intrusion but it results in an uneven surface. Rather than just slapping the trim up they took the time to cut out the underside of the trim so that everything fit like a glove and laid flat. That level of attention to detail and workmanship is rare. They guys care. That's what it comes down to. I felt like they were taking the level of care that they would have taken with their own home. Don't hesitate to hire them. If someone gives you a lower quote - it's for a reason. Based on our experience with a myriad of contractors, you will not find better quality work at a cheaper price.

Last thing - we also had them help us put in some massive quad panel doors and transoms (all 12 feet wide and heavy) because the first company we hired botched the job. Roger came to our rescue, met with Marvin to assess damages and come up with a plan, and made it right. It sucks to have to pay for mistakes, and in the end the errors by that first company not only cost us financially but resulted in a delay of 7 months, but we feel lucky that we had Heading Brothers to make it right. You can't go wrong with this company.

Roger and a coworker removed a large, three-piece sliding glass door and installed a new one at our home. They did an amazing job. They were on time, completely professional and cleaned up and removed EVERYTHING when they finished. Their work was flawless and we are so pleased. We will definitely call them again for our next home project.
