When a roofing company says you have to sign a contract so they can talk to the insurance company, that is a lie. You can give permission to your insurance company to speak with any contractor without a signed contract. Bryan's subcontractors did a great job and the price was really fair. I just wish he would have done something about the huge hole on the side of my roof. He was aware of this at the time of inspection, 4 months later I just wanted the hole patched and was going to withhold my final $335 payment, until Bryan's true colors came out. He's been paid in full and I filed with BBB.

Great work! After installing a completely new roof on our main house, after a big storm a few years back, we had Bryan install siding on an old garage, and also had him fix the roof on it for us so we could avoid replacement for a few years. Gave us the best offer by far and completed the work in less than two weeks. Couldn’t be more pleased with both jobs!
