Ben Reid is awesome to work with. His crews left a few things to be desired. Not sure which crew, the ones working on solar panels or the roofing crew threw away a perfectly good tv dish that had to be replaced. The swamp cooler was completely sealed up and cannot be used. No way to get to pancake. It has been two weeks since this was reported and still no one has shown up to correct their error. I am grateful I had the roof replaced (quick work) before the rain started. I know everyone is busy and shorthanded, but this REDO is on the roofers and they should have corrected it immediately.

TPO roof installed in 2 days this past January. Passed all inspections and looks beautiful. Good communication with Ben throughout. Highly recommend this roofing company.

Chose this company because of the reviews. Not sure why I'm not getting the same service. It started out great. They contacted the insurance company for me and got the ball rolling. The contractor came when the adjuster did, which was a good thing because she didn't have a clue what she was doing. Once I got the first payment from the insurance, we scheduled. That's when things went south.
The day before my roof was scheduled to be completed, I was notified that they were working on another roof and wouldn't be able to do mine. We rescheduled. Then, the day before THAT appointment, I was told the owner didn't like the estimate the insurance company provided. We got it worked out and rescheduled. Then, the day before THAT appointment, I was told the owner said the tiles I picked wouldn't work. I thought they were trying to reschedule yet again, so I said I'd go with a different company. They didn't reschedule. I was told they'd show up at 7. I told them I'd have the gate unlocked.
AT 6:00 my doorbell rang. I was still in bed. It was them. He was checking to see if I could unlock my gate. Glad I told them ahead of time it would be unlocked. When I said I was told the start time was 7, he said no, they always start at 6.
The reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the workers were (mostly) fantastic. They finished in 1 day, the roof looks great, and they were immaculate in the cleanup. They did bash one of my vents on the roof.
The contractor said (this was Thursday, July 13) that the screen I'd asked for would be at no charge because of the "headaches". He said it would likely be installed the following Monday at the latest. There was some plaster damage inside the skylight. Oil stains on my driveway. He said it would all be taken care of the following week. He also said the vent was "fine", but someone else would be coming out to look at it. Nothing has happened. I reached out on the 20th. He said he would get it scheduled next week because the guys have been "busy". It is now the 30th and I have heard NOTHING. I do not consider this work completed and they will not be receiving anymore insurance money until it is.
