The process was made easy with clear communication and excellent workmanship.
Our Ohana have nothing but good things to say about HDR and the team that worked on our place!
They were on-site within the hour! And while they were cleaning up the water damage they found mold in the walls.
They truly are the masters of DISASTER, if you are in need of water damage restoration and or mold removal.

I couldn't of been more fortunate to find Hawaii Disaster Restoration when I did. My house suffered a kitchen fire.

Our insurance company tried to send out there restoration contractor, I can't remember that company's name but they did drive green vans, they were mediocre at best, I wasn't happy at all with the insurance carriers TPA, so as my right as a policy holder I found Hawaii Disaster Restoration searching online, the owner actually came out and assest the damages, explained thoroughly and exactly what needed to be done. Jeffrey and his team did a wonderful job cleaning up the mess and getting rid of the smoke smell. I would highly recommend, Great work ethics are hard to find these days like these guys!

Hawaii Disaster Restoration is Dakine! Our family Hale’ in Kaanapali was severely damaged from a plumbing failure in the kitchen. About 80% of our home was affected with severe water damage and mold our family attorney recommended Hawaii Disaster Restoration and Jeffrey to restore our home back to normal.

Our Ohana have nothing but good things to say about HDR and the team that worked on our place! Everybody was courteous and respectful of our belongings and family home, HDR kept the job site spotless during the whole process. We highly recommend Jeffrey and Hawaii Disasters Restoration for the Hawaii values and attitude and mainland work ethics !!!

Jeff and his crew were awesome! We had sewage flow throughout a portion of our house. They were on-site within the hour! And while they were cleaning up the water damage they found mold in the walls. We had no clue.They were able to do mold removal right away. Jeff was able very knowledgeable and kept us well informed while working on our home. Dont mess around, these guys know their stuff and get the job done right! I highly recommend!

I had a strange odor in a bathroom closet and I was concerned it was mold. Jeffrey came out and did a thorough moisture inspection including under the crawl space. No moisture was identified and Jeffrey suggested a couple of potential causes of the smell and some simply treatments to improve the situation. I very must appreciated his time and expertise, and even thought there was not a resultant job for him and he didn't even charge me a service call, he was very helpful in analyzing the situations and providing helpful suggestions. I would call him back first if I have any further issues.

Hawaii Disaster Restoration was a great company to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any type of emergency services. I had a water and mold problem at my house.
