I needed to have my roof evaluated for the sale of my home. John came about quickly and inspected everything throughly. After my move I called John again about excessive heat build up in the new house attic. John is hands down the best! Excellent communication, follow up and customer service.

I was scheduled shortly after I called notifying Pinnacle of my issue and they made sure that my issue was fixed prior to a large string of storms hitting our area. During the storm, John followed up to make sure that the fix was holding. Great service, timely responsiveness, and quality work at a fair price.

John gave a complimentary inspection of my roof which had some wind damage. I thought he was quite thorough and he answered all of my questions in a professional manner. He was never pushy. The repair was completed by a technician a few weeks later. That gentleman was also quite friendly and professional as well.
