After several local roofers were unable to navigate a successful claim repair for me. Heaven sent me Haven.

Ryan is extremely skilled in assessing roof damage that includes the various levels of repairs needed, he’s also very knowledgeable about the variations of insurance claims that yielded me a total roof repair from Allstate. Ryan’s knowledge and professionalism was so spot on, that the adjuster thanked him for helping me.

Ryan rang my doorbell last December advising me that we really need a new roof, we had a good laugh and I told him we had been trying for two years with no success with our insurance co. Ryan was a professional and knows his job well . He took us thru the steps with our insurance co , was on my roof multiple times with different adjusters and in the end they agreeded with him on the weather damage. He advised us on the products that would give us great service and a great look . Everything happened the Wayne said it would right up to the cleanup. I would recommend his company and service to anyone, we would use Ryan again in the future . Thank you again Ryan , Terry & Debbie Townsend

Martin is an awesome guy to work with! Very thorough and responsive. Helped my wife and I get a new roof for our house after hail damage, and made the process extremely pleasant. He was always quick to reply and made sure we were taken care of. Would recommend 100 percent.

Ryan has been amazing throughout the entire process (and, ((due entirely)) to our insurance company, it’s been a long process). He explained the whole roof replacement from starting to finish, and it was exactly as he described. We could not be happier about how our roof turned out. He fought for MONTHS- almost 7 total-to get us the perfect roof. He’s been extremely personable the entire time, and remembers all of our names, pets included. He even texted me to make sure my kids and I were safe during the worst tornado we’ve ever been through when I didn’t think/know it was going to be as bad as it was. He is sincerely, the best person I could ever recommend to anyone for the work he does. It’s absolutely incredible.

The entire process was effortless from beginning to end. They worked with my insurance to ensure that I received the best service and product possible. The gentlemen doing the work were fast, efficient and polite. The work was finished in one day and the old roof was cleaned up and taken away. They even picked up any nails or other materials that may have gotten into our yard during their work. So pleased that I referred them to several of my neighbors. So glad we used this company for our roof replacement.
