He made sure he was present when the insurance appraiser was here and pointed out some important parameters that may otherwise have been overlooked. I felt throughout the whole process that he had my back and wanted my home to be exactly as I wanted it.
He spent a lot of time making sure to match the existing wood trim, and match the stain up exactly with my existing woodwork.
