Could not have a better experience, Kevin Perkins explained everything perfectly, submitted the detailed proposal overnight and two weeks later we had a new roof. Very professional, perfect job and cleanup. The crew was wonderful, install cleanup all in 11 hours started at 8 AM and done by 7PM. Great work 5 Star!!!!

Harvey Olson and his co-worker who came to work on my roof today did such good work. They were fast and efficient, and the quality of their work was amazing. Harvey's just finished up replacing our roof. I called for an estimate and within a few days they were at our house getting us the estimate. Like any project, not everything goes perfect, but they were super responsive, and took care of the minimal issues in less than 24 hours. I appreciated the timely communication and professionalism displayed by Harvey's.

Called 2 times to get an estimate. They said they would come on a Friday and do it. About a week later they called and asked if I needed an estimate. I told them that they were supposed to do one a week ago. The woman said "oh that's right we already did an estimate, I'll email it right over to you". Haven't heard from her since , no email nothing.

They came out and replaced the roof on my garage and shop it had been leaking for years, they shimmed out the low spots did a great job that thing has not leaked since. When it comes time for the roof on my house they will be the people I'm going to call, awesome job guys. Also they cleaned everything up not even a single nail was left on the ground.

You need to get the right crew to do your job. The crew that did my house were very unprofessional. I don't believe that they knew their job very well, or didn't care, and I was very disappointed in them. My contact person done what they could do to help the situation, and I appreciated that.

Thought they came up with a great idea for solving our roofing problem but then took 9 months to show up. When they finally did, they did not install the type of roof that was agreed upon. Got some discount but not the product we wanted. It’s holding up so far and guaranteed but still, very unprofessional. Sad he has to give himself a five star rating.

I called this group 6 weeks ago and their representive stated that the company would get back soon to and have one of there sales people come look at my home. They have not followed up timely and have never called me back. I guess in my estimations that is not acceptable.
