Harts Plumbers, Electricians, & HVAC Technicians

Recently bought an older home in Elma and was needing to install a gas dryer. Called a local company out of Montesano and was told to try and install it myself. I ended up stripping the old 3/4" gas valve on a Sunday. Called Harts because they had good reviews and 24/7 customer service. Was scheduled for Monday. Then Monday got a call saying the technician could not come because of an emergency, rescheduled to Thursday. Jordan Bakken arrived ahead of time, was friendly, and knowledgeable. He is one of the most professional tradesman I've met. He fixed the dryer without judgement towards another DIY job gone bad. He also fixed several sections of older plumbing time bombs. The exploding plastic lines under the kitchen sink and the old home owner failed faucet repair in the shower. He explained everything clearly and gave cost estimates for all work before starting. I was not sure about Harts after having to reschedule, but the communication was always easy and clear with the office and Jordan was and is a rockstar. Thank you Harts! I will definitely be a return customer.

Kegan was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain to me about my fireman's furnace and heat pump., as well a any concerns he had about them.

Phenomenal service! It was easy to set up the appointment and I was able to get same day service. Dylan came out because we had water backing up into the showers. He was quickly able to find the cause and fix it. He was really knowledgeable and gave me some pointers on how to prevent the same thing from happening again. He also checked to make sure there were no more issues throughout the house. I will definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.

I am actually Teri Beagley, I can’t get my sister’s name off. Buyer beware: we had 2 plumbing companies: Hart and Olympic Plumbing Technicians come to our home following a kitchen leak. Both of them tried to upsell us to replace the water heater ( 9 yrs old) and all water lines (25 years old) both were talking $18-23000!! My realtor set me up with his independent home inspector who has no ulterior motives. I’m paying him the same no matter what he finds. He found NO issues except a very minor leak under the tub!!!
Shame on these companies for trying to take advantage of retired seniors!!

He didn't try to sell me products/services I didn't need, and he listened to me dream about what I want to do with my new home and made recommendations that would support my future plans!!! Friendly and knowledgeable service team with many options available to include financing. I recieved a bio and picture of my service technician and I like this element towards safety. Enjoyed the visit ...as if we were family !! Last name is just a coincidence. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Jordan was on time, professional and was able to answer all of my questions regarding my water heater - I decided to replace the existing water heater and Jordan did that in a timely manner, Thank you Jordan

Technician was good but he came to clear the bathroom sink and tub, which he didn't do, they are fine. When I got my invoice, pictures of my toilet were included?? What was weird is that he left for 1/2 an hr and I had to go outside to find him and complete things with him. I work from home so to get away from my computer is hard. Found him outside talking on the phone. There was another tech (trevor) there to give an estimate from Harts. He did not send the estimates to me, had to call twice to get them emailed. Then they were wrong...I had asked for 2 separate estimates, they were wrong. Called Harts to get these corrected. They could not do it, wanted me to have the same tech come out again (no!) or set a whole new appt. Ugh, incompetent with zero regard for my work schedule. Never again Harts!

My original review read: "Excellent service. The technician, Patrick, presented all my options, was knowledgeable and extremely patient with me."
However, upon further investigation and subsequent visit from a second plumber "Rainier View Plumbing" (who I would rate as excellent), I must amend my original comments. Harts Services came in and "investigated" my problem and provided a $3-4k solution and a $30k solution. Informing me that the color coded PEX piping used in my house was "illegal" and needed to be replaced. This appears to be incorrect information. The problem (a burst copper piece of piping on an outdoor faucet) was repaired by Rainier View for around $600. Had we not sought a 2nd opinion on our repair we could have easily been taken in by Harts' assessment and spent thousands of dollars unnecessarily. We are reporting this incident to the BBB.
Please use a different plumbing service. Harts appears to try to up sell their customers when they are vulnerable.

Chris was very professional and arrived when he said he would. In fact we had returned from vacation knowing the water was shut off because of a leak. Made some calls and 3 other companies would make appointments several days out. Call Hart's services and Chris arrived that same day and fixed the problem. I will only use Hart's services from now on.

Best service call ever! The technician Ricky, was here within an hour. He assessed my problem and fixed it immediately. He also did a thorough inspection of my water lines and said everything was good! I will always use Hart's Services from now on!

Excellent service from all personnel from Harts! Their communication is on point. Their service guys were wonderful explaining all the details of our cracked sewer lines! Highly recommended!

Mathew from Harts Services was very professional and very thorough. He took his time checking and going through the entire plumbing system. He also gave us some tips on how to maintain our sewage system which I really appreciate. I highly recommend !

Booking was super easy, friendly and quick. The service tech, Matthew, was very pleasant and professional. And at $39, the service fee was reasonable (I believe the service call fee is waived if you purchase the service).
The service call included an overall plumbing inspection. After which Matthew recommended a COMPLETE repiping of the home and replacement of the existing water heater, in addition to the broken water line. The aforementioned along with the repair of the leaking pipe (which I had exposed completely) was bid in excess of $28,000 for a modest 2 bath home. If I just wanted the pipe repaired, the cost was $999.
I chose to get additional opinions.
The pipe was repaired in less than 15 minutes for around $300 by Union City Plumbing! I have not bid the additional services yet. However, Harts bid included $6,000 for a 50 gallon electric water heater installation. I’m expecting to find that on the high side as well.
While I found Harts customer service to be exemplary, based only on the quote to repair the broken pipe, I would not hire them without getting at least one competing estimate.

Scheduling a quote was quick and easy. They were able to send someone out as early as the next day. We got a profile for Roy the morning of the service, as well as a curtesy call from him letting us know what time to expect him. When he showed up he was prompt and professional. He gave us our quote and was able to get the work done the same day. He put together multiple quotes so we could have options to fit our budget and needs, which was appreciated. He was quick and thorough. I had my children home and he was more than willing to take a second to answer a question if they got curious. I appreciate the office staff and Roy for making this an enjoyable experience, and making sure we got our problem solved quickly and done correct. Will absolutely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Excellent customer service, very professional technicians. I felt that they really did care about me and my family and the issues we were having. They were the only company to answer our call on a Sunday and they had someone out the next day. The job was done within a few days as quoted. They kept me notified of what the problem was and what the solutions were as well as any potential issues or concerns that may come up (or did come up) during the project. They were very thorough and did an excellent job hooking everything up for us. I would highly recommend them!

Jordan was a consummate professional. Absolutely eager to help in any way he could within the limits of his experience, which was immense. Although the company's price was unachievable for me to afford, Jordan kept at it and tried everything he could to help me find a way to install my defunct water tank heater. I was shocked that professionals like him still exist. I will definitely recommend him if anyone ever decides to use Hart's services. Ask for Jordan!

Great experience, the technician was super helpful and informed me of everything that he needed to do. I would highly recommend heart's service to anyone that needs any type of plumbing done.

I call they sent a guy and he came out right away to get us our new hot water tank he did a great job everything came out. Thank you so much .

The technician was very knowledgeable, did an evaluation of my ageing electrical system, gave me options and a quote for updating the whole system. Since I just went into debt with my new roof and repairs in my crawlspace, whole system update wasn't possible. I opted for a bandage fix. He suggested a whole home surge suppressor which i did have done and replaced the blown CFGI outlet that was damaged by a power surge. He was friendly and I enjoyed his visit because he reminded me of my grandson who is just as tall as he is.

Harts Services is an amazing company. There customer service exceeds all other plumbing businesses. From the girls that answer the phone and trust me the girls do far more than answering the phones. They repaired my water leak and set forth to dry everything out. They all work together, and very good at it!

Very professional on time texted he was on his way and texted when he arrived very thorough and knowledgeable he checked all the electrical gave several ways to fix it and a plan to move forward

I was very disappointed with this company. My kitchen faucet broke and we decided to go ahead and replace the whole sink along with the faucet. I bought the sink and faucet at Lowe's and just wanted Hart's to install them. I asked for an up front ballpark figure for installation and they said the technician would work up a quote when he got there. I was expecting around $600. It's a straightforward install kitchen sink install, nothing weird.

They quoted me $2400. For a kitchen sink and faucet install.

I nearly fell out of my chair. They offered financing and I chuckled inside and politely declined. I could not believe my ears. They never showed me a price list or really explained what justified such an absurd quote for a simple 2-3 hour job.

The technician, Ricky, to his credit, was very polite. I have a feeling this is just the company's marching orders. I don't understand why there is not transparent, up front pricing. Had they told me two days prior it would that expensive, I would not have wasted two days waiting for them to come out.

I am honestly shocked and would never trust them to give a reasonable quote on anything. I've spoken with many folks since and they have all scoffed at how absurd this quote was.

My friend and I installed the sink and faucet last night ourselves, took three hours and some YouTube videos. Saved myself $2400. Will not be calling Hart's again.

Very satisfied with the service, affordable price, and flexible scheduling Garett was great, very pleasant & polite, thorough & proficient in diagnosing a leak in the wall that was coming in through the roof unfortunately he was unable to repair it because it needed a roofing repair. Nevertheless, it was well worth it and we really enjoyed talking with him I will definitely be calling Hart's again if I need to and requesting Garrett Ty!

Chris was a fabulous representative for your company. Kept us well aware when he would be attending, was courteous, friendly and professional throughout and explained everything in a way we would understand.

Chris came out for my leak detection appointment. It was unfortunate that the leak he found was in my main water line into the house. He shared the different processes to repair my issue and explained them in a very understandable way. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely reach out to Harts if I have any other plumbing issues.

They know how to pick quality experts. Aidan was fairly new to the Harts family and I was impressed with his professionalism and care he took to understand me and my electrical situation.

Their set-up is brilliant. Pay a flat fee monthly & they take care of my essential plumbing needs so I can prevent being caught off guard with major issues. They descaled my water heater, checked my sewage lines, it's so much more worth it going through Harts than to call an HVAC guy for these one off services.

Zach was excellent at the indoor plumbing assessment, on demand heater descaling, drinking water testing, drain checking, and much more. Zach even checked out the crawl space and took pictures! Highly recommend Hart Services for your household maintenance and plumbing needs.

Tech came in and checked the plumbing and tested the water and the hot water heater. Did find one problem. Better to get it fixed than have a bigger problem.

Harts Services is the BEST! The have very professional staff both in the office as well as their technicians. This is true for both plumbing and electrical needs. We have used them for both and the staff have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely 5 Stars.

Matt did an inspection of my entire house inside, outside and under. He was very professional and detailed. He explained what he was going to do and when he was finished he went over all of my plumbing needs and discussed what I can wait to have done at a later date. He did not make me feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way.

Samuel was one of the technicians and I didn't catch the name of the other technician but they were both very good and professional. I had my sewer line scoped and they both were efficient and professional. Hart's has always been good and I will pass on your details to the new owners of my home when I sell.

I had two men who are superb technician, knowledgeable, pleasant to be with and communicated very clearly. No issues were found.
