I have never seen such professional, respectful and kind human in my life. My house had a mildrew that had to be cleaned up and I called Chad to come take a look and give me an estimate. He arrived on time, very professional and instead of setting up a time to come and get it done he said "I will do it right away" This is customer service at its best! This company is amazing. I had been shopping around got a few estimates and got talked to about a 2 year warranty from OTHER companies. However when I called Cleaner Solutions to do my roof Chad told me that a roof should be treated about every 2 years and somewhere companies just try to sell "warranties". He walked me through the process was open about how the roof and gutters looked and if I need work along with about how long it would be before the moss was completely gone...and guess what he was right and was very professional and easy to work with. This company is also veteran owned and operated he treats people right and is upfront, honest about the job. There is no trickery or up-sale when the job is done. I was/am happy with the work and look forward to doing business with them again.
