We engaged Stronghold to compete our kitchen renovation on a recommendation of our Cabinet supplier. Justin and team could not have been more professional, efficient, communicative and respectful. I say this as they treated my home like it was there own which was very important to us as we handed the keys over for 2+ months. They worked cloesly with us on tiles / granite, flooring ideas, and windows. We had such a good experience with Stronghold. The work was high quality and price competitive, but the best part was the total comfort we felt having stronghold run our project. From the constant communication to the app that helped keep us informed, we never worried that Stronghold didn’t have our best interest in heart. We were never left guessing our timeline which as a parent of two small kids and having bathrooms out of commission is huge. They always had our family and convenience as a priority. I cannot recommend Stronghold enough to anyone looking to find someone to trust with a big house project.

Stronghold remodeled the entire downstairs of our house and stairs. I can’t say enough great things about the experience. From the time we started, Justen and his team set an excellent pace for the project. Our proposal was created very quickly and held every detail that we had discussed during our initial meeting. Once work started, I noticed the excellent working relationships Justen had with his team and sub-contractors. Every different team (demo, floors, trim, plumbing, electric) that came out to our house was extremely professional and had a great relationship with Justen. The attention to detail in the workmanship was excellent. The flooring crew profiled pieces of the new floor material to seamlessly join with the original floor material we had upstairs since we weren’t quite ready to replace the upstairs floor yet. The team that installed the backsplash spent hours detailing and mapping the pattern prior to cutting and installing. The time, attention, and care reflected in the execution and workmanship can’t be matched at the price point that Stronghold offers for their services. I will definitely use them for future projects and would recommend anyone else to do the same.

Very professional team! They met with my husband and I in our home to evaluate our needs. Stayed for over an hour taking measurements and taking through designs. Great follow up within a few days with schematics of the redesign & full cost estimates. This was my first major remodel project (master bathroom). I was nervous since I've heard the horror stories. Adam put me at ease right away. He was so responsive any time I had a question even before I signed the contract. That didn't change after I signed the contract. Adam stopped by any time a contractor was here. If there were issues, he and Justin would show up. They care about their customer but also care about their contractors. I think because of that, their contractors make sure to do a good job for them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Amazing customer service and personal touch. I asked for a quote regarding a multi-slider. They're usually pretty expensive on their own without installation but the system you choose is important. Justen came in and actually recommended the exact system I had researched, and he explained why he believed it was the best fit. Without me saying that I needed an explanation. He connected with me on a personal level and it showed. Then he gave me a price quote that was fair and he didn't pressure me to commit. Although we have not had the work done yet, we cannot see ourselves going with any other contractors.
