Randy and his crew did an outstanding job on my roof replacement. Their craftsmanship was top-notch, and they were dependable and honest every step of the way. I was referred to them by a friend, and I’ll be recommending them to anyone who needs roofing work!

I called many roof company and was told they would come out and never showed even gave them 2 months to come due to understanding how busy people are also offered to pay before coming out and nothing.

I called randy and in 3 days he had a crew at my house faced a lot of damaged tiles and prevented my roof from needing to be replaced, one of the most professional and educated roofer I have met takes a lot of pride and what he does thank you randy my wife and I are very grateful.

Randy, his crew and Kari at Craven Construction were fantastic! After having the A/C on the roof replaced by another company back in October 2024, Randy found a lot of mistakes made. I had to have the roof replaced along with venting. Kari did a great job in assisting in choosing the color of the roof, dropping off the sample, coordinating getting the a/c off the roof with me, my son, Mike at Apex Air Conditioning

Michael at Apex Air Conditioning who does a lot of work with Randy at Craven Construction was very helpful and installed the condensation line in a very appropriate manner where the other a/c company did not.

I had a fantastic experience with this roofing company! I reached out because I needed a single roof tile replaced, and they were able to come out on very short notice. The team was not only quick but also did an excellent job color-matching the new tile qwith my existing roof--honestly, you can't tell it was ever replaced.

Had a leak in our roof after paying a ton of money for a new one. They didn't fix the leak the first time and it rained again, leaked again. I told them the wet drywall and insulation need to be taken care of immediately. The hole in my ceiling is their idea of taking care of it. They said they would be out early in the week which would have been a Monday or Tuesday to fix said hole with a moisture meter to make sure it was dry. No one showed up on Tuesday and then when we had to call, they said that they couldn't be here till Saturday which wasn't good for us. And they still have failed to show up and take care of this mess. The owner of the company, Randy Craven, told us that our house was 60 years old and he is not responsible for the damage caused by the leak (our house was built in 1972, so I guess his math skills are just as good as his business skills). He told us to read his contract. Which I highly recommend to anyone that wants to hire this company to do their research, his contract says nothing about the incompetence of his own workers, just that of a third party. Also, these people have been disciplined twice by the ROC, which I wished I would have seen before. Awful experience. I've never paid so much money to be so frustrated. Side note, Randy also said that if this happened to his home, he wouldn't be upset at all. It's truly unfortunate that I have a 10-year warranty with these people, I have a feeling we're going to need it.

Our home, being 28 years old, was due for a new roof (tile). We selected Craven as their price was comparable to others while using the best underlayment material. They completed the job in three days for our 2800 sq ft, 2 story. They sent out a crew of 5-6, working 6am to 6pm in the horrendous heat and cleaned up immaculately each day. Great job and when I wanted one minor thing changed, they were out the next day to make the change. Special shout out to Chandler. He called me every day to ensure I was satisfied. Highly recommend these guys.

I had a backyard patio roof needing repaired as well as a new 20’ section added on. I received a number of quotes, and CC was not the lowest but very competitive. The estimate was clear, detailed, timely and very professional. They were responsive to questions and followed up with plans to move forward. I felt comfortable selecting them and i wasn't disappointed. They finished on time and most importantly the quality was top notch work! As a Construction Manager for an Energy Company (I didnt reveal that until the job was completed) I have an eye for detail and quality. There was only one small punch list item that was immediately taken care of with no questions asked. Had a relatively small job at my house, workers showed up without the right tools (they had to borrow mine) and they didn’t show up with the new materials that the promised they would bring. They tried to reuse old brackets until I told them to go buy new, which is what we originally agreed on.

We contacted Craven Roofing after a storm damaged our roof. From estimate to scheduling to installation, the Craven team was great to deal with. Very happy with our new roof. Would recommend.

We had to have a new roof put on after last years monsoon storms took the last bit of life out of our roof. It was hard to find anyone to come from the Valley to Globe we found two but the one roofer was more than what Craven quoted me. Once we gave the ok and got things going and had a date set to start they called a few days a head and asked if they could start sooner than what was planned. The crew was timely and tried to keep things cleaned up as much as possible I understand there's going to be little stuff here and there is no way to get every nail picked up, but I feel they left the property they way they found it. So thank you Craven Construction. Anyone that is needing roofing or other repairs I will defiantly refer them to Craven construction.

Craven Construction did a great job of replacing Roof's at 6 homes in the Town of Guadalupe. They completed the roof's in a few days for each one and did great work.. My communications for bids and job status with Tanner, Craven Staff was excellent. I would use them again and recommend them.

The roof I have now is such a better roof than the one they took off. They recommended top-of-the-line materials and we took their recommendations. Also, one-stop shopping, when I was having trouble finding someone to remove and replace my solar panels, not only were they able to remove them, but advised me we could update to a better mounting bracket. The old brackets we had were difficult to get parts for, and the new brackets brought the panels down closer to the roof so birds are no longer able to nest under there. Again, much better than it was before.

25 year old Roof Replacement. the crews started early in the day which this household appreciated. The inspector and the replacement crew were nice and good to deal with. Each day (2 Days) they completely cleaned up after themselves and respected the property. A well done job for a fair price.

Craven Construction replaced the roof on a home we bought it Globe, AZ. They were responsive and great to work with from quote to completion. They let us know the expected start date but we're able to fit us in earlier and finished the job in just a couple days. We asked for special blue roofing and they were able to accommodate and we loved the result. Kari was especially great to work with. Happy customers. :)

Randy and his team did a beautiful job replacing my 30yr old original roof in Alta Mesa. The Original concrete tiles were stretched, he notified me of the issue and was resolved immediately. He even went out of his way to replace the roof on my shed, and replaced rotten fascia. Would Highly Recommend!

Our third-party consultant monitored and inspected the work as it was completed and was extremely pleased with the final product. I contacted Randy when a storm ripped most of my roof off in June. He was out same day with an estimate and pictures for my insurance company. He also came the same day as the inspector to show it to them. His crew was started on a Friday and that same night another storm ripped off their work. He sent someone out on a Saturday to make sure it would be ok until the job was finished. My roof was fixed super fast on their part. Kari in the office was great to work with. She called and fought with my insurance company for me. This was a very stressful time and if I was dealing with any other company I know my roof would still be waiting to get fixed. My insurance and mortgage company have been such a hassle thoughtout this whole thing but Randy, Kari and their crew made sure I was taken care of. I will definitely use them if needed and will be referring them to anyone that needs a new roof or even just something fixed!

Tile Roof - We needed roof tile replacements, some tiles reattached and some new concrete ball caps. Our sweet neighbors gave us the recommendation of Craven Construction.

The initial contact was with a Salesman that left the company shortly after providing me the Quote. As they were on my short list Randy Craven step in and answered all of my questions (which were a lot) and explained the process for replacing my underlayment on 25 yr. old tile roof. Additionally, my 2 sons need to have their underlayment replaced on their roof. They selected him for the same reasons. The work they did was done well, and the list of items I noted following the completion were addressed in promptly. The crew did a great job, and cleaned up when completed. Craven was recommended to me from a fried that used them, and I would recommend them as well. I do believe my 2 sons would echo the same. Thank you to Randy and Kari at Craven, I was happy with work. And will use them for any future roofing needs.

I contacted this company and asked if they did roof repairs. I spoke with Kari. I live in a condo association with 12 one-story villas. I explained that we needed our roofs sealed in numerous places and needed someone to come out, look at the roofs and provide a quote by email. I also asked if they could do the job four units at a time. Kari said they could. However, they sent out Tyler, a "sales" person, rather than a project manager, and without even inspecting the roof he "looked up" at one roof from the ground and said we needed new roofs. No inspection, no nothing. I was irate and called him on the fact that he didn't even climb onto the roofs yet and I had specifically called for someone to determine what needed to be sealed and provide a bid. He said he didn't think the company would do that kind of work. Apparently, they were only out to try to force people into getting new roofs whether they needed them or not! What a bunch of third-rate sales people. Would not recommend these guys to anyone because they don't listen to your needs and will likely try to force you into doing something you don't want or need done.

We had a leak in the laundry room at one of my properties after one of the big rains this winter. It had dried out, but the homeowner was concerned with why it had leaked. I called Craven and they came out so quickly, within 2 days, when I was available to meet them. They were on time and very informative. I will call them with all my roofing needs for the future. Although this was not a big job, the still took my call seriously and were very professional.

We asked Raven Construction to come out and look at our roof/eve where we had questionable visuals on water damage and provide a professional opinion and quote. We accepted and hired them and while they were working on the job they noticed some additional damage that needed to be corrected - provided on the spot estimate and was exceptionally reasonable as they were already into the job, they corrected all of the issues. I would highly recommend Randy and the Craven Construction team, they are punctual, honest and do great/clean work.

We used Craven roofing to repair our tile roof per inspectors instructions before the home sale was complete. They were very punctual and completed all repairs per instructions. One month later we had a tile cracked by one of the technicians installing a internet dish on our new home, we called Craven and Randy Craven came by replaced the tile (no charge) Obviously we use Craven on future projects.

Staff were very helpful-answered all questions. We had very timely installation. Workers were polite and skilled in applying the roof and cleaned up afterwards. Price was an excellent value.

Craven did an excellent job replacing our roof. The crew was on time, polite, cleaned up every item from the job. They used excellent materials and have the most solid guarantee of any of the bidders I received.

I had Craven Construction replace the shingle portion of my roof where my A/C unit is mounted back in February and I was very impressed with them from start to finish. I called 3 other roofers and 2 didn't even respond to calls or emails and one told me they would call back to schedule but never did. When I called Craven Construction they called me back within about 15 minutes and Randy was able to give me an estimate without me even having to be there. They were always very responsive to any of my calls or emails.

When the guys came out to do the work they were very friendly and even checked with me before having to replace a $70 sheet of plywood which Randy explained it would probably need since it was leaking. They got it all done in 1 day and came in at exactly what the estimate was.

The Craven Construction crew did a great job on my roof. Their prices were fair, the crew was on time and kept to the schedule, the work was done professionally and they guaranteed their work. Couldn't ask for more.

Called several roofing companies to get quotes to do repairs on our roof from storm hail damage and facias that rotted over the years including repairs to a leaking skylight.
Randy Craven was the first one to be honest with me what could be done to get 3 to 5 more years out of our roof's life. Other companies just wanted to sell me a new roof instead of just "tuning up " and addressing the problem at hand. I highly recommend this company. THIS DATE WE HAD GENE AND THREE OTHER ROOFERS FROM CRAVEN TO REPAIR A ROOF LEAK FOR US. THE GUYS WERE ALL VERY PROFESIONAL IN THERE APPROACH AND IN THEIR WORK. THE JOB WAS METICULOUSLY DONE AND I AM MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS GREAT JOB GUYS

Would not recommend to build a patio cover. We hired them to build our patio cover last year. They left the roof exposed and it took over a month to get someone out here to close it up. We called and texted multiple times before we ever received a response. we had already paid in full, so I guess once you pay he doesn't care to finish. Also the guy he sent out nailed up some boards, not only are they crooked but half of the nails are sticking out not even completely in the wood.

I needed my shingle roof replaced due to hail and wind damage plus it was 22 years old. The inspector/adjustor from my insurance company came out and did a detailed written evaluation so I had a good idea what I needed before asking roofing companies for estimates. I requested estimates from 3 companies including Craven and two others which were large companies recommended by Rosie on the House. The other two companies provided such poor service initially that I decided not to follow through with them.

I had called Craven because a woman in my neighborhood had them replace her roof last year and she was very satisfied with them. Randy came out 3 days later and showed up on time as scheduled. They thought they would be able to schedule the work within 3 weeks but as it turned out they had one crew who had completed another job early and said that if I wished, they could start on my roof in two days. The crew that came out was knowledgeable and experienced. They cleaned up at the end of each day.

The only variable on the estimate was for underlayment which they can't see until they strip the old roof off but they did say that if plywood was damaged it would cost $70 additional for each sheet that needed to be replaced. As it turned out only one had water damage so that was in line with what my insurance adjuster had told me. I watched them take it off and I could easily see where it had long term water damage.

They used quality materials (Owens Corning) and the job was done on time at the cost they had quoted. Overall, they did a great job and I would recommend them.

This is an updated review for a second project in Summer 2020. The crew showed up usually when they said they would, which is good. This is the second project I had them complete for our house. First the main roof , most recently the patio roof.
It seemed to be good however I suggest an improved quality control (QC) plan for work after its complete . I don’t want to tar the company as they responded to most of my concerns however there seems to be a need to really focus on finishing the work properly and demonstrate quality . I have a few areas that I’m still addressing prior to adding my gutters. Poor measured cuts, some joints without the required caulk , and a mess left behind are a few things that had to be addressed . .

I’ve referred Craven Construction to a lot of people not because he’s inexpensive but because the quality of work and customer service he offers is Priceless new days!!! We hired Randy ( craven construction) to replace a foam roof on my building . We spend about $75k to get a new roof .
Randy left the roof exposed when we had a storm causing over $650k in damages . That was not a smart thing to do as a roofer. Roofers 101.
The rain washed a way the coating he applied to the roof .
My roof have been leaking every time we have a rain and it is worse than before . Randy send some kids to check it after weeks from us calling and text messaging him . Bad service .
Randy would never plam himself or admit that he made a mistake , He will plam everything else . I would not do business with him , bad service and more importantly bad Morales.

I have only positives for the work that Craven Construction did for me. The workers were on time & did not fool around. Randy Craven personally came by initially & gave me helpful suggestions. I had had trouble finding someone who would do repair work for me but Randy Craven knew exactly what I needed. Craven Construction responded promptly to my inquiry & gave me a fair bid for the work I needed. I would highly recommend them.
