Just want to also take a moment to say, Thank You KC. I really appreciate you taking the time to explain everything and walk me through the inspection of my AC system. I definitely learned alot and have a better understanding of how the AC system works.

Chris was professional, timely, and bottom line, knew his stuff. He showed me every step of the way what was the problem, monitoring tools, pressure readings, etc I am comfortable knowing he knows his craft and cares about doing it right. Thanks.

I reached out to discuss the AC cycle operation and left a message requesting a callback. It’s been over a week, and I still haven’t heard back. Communication definitely needs improvement. As for the installation, it could have been done better—one of the ducts was routed under the unit, which seems questionable and not necessarily best practice. The price was on the higher end, but I chose them because they had done work for me 13 years ago without any issues. I expected the same level of service this time, but unfortunately, the experience has fallen short.

Zac & his team of professionals inspected our units & informed us new ones were needed, they all were organized, courteous & clean with installation-everything working as it should. I highly recommend this company.

I had a complicated problem with my 5 year old air conditioner, within one hour A&A solved the problem and set up appointment to complete repairs on unit. On time service and cleaned up area. They are always on time and explain problem so I understand. My electric bill went from $430 to $240 due them taking care of complicated problem with unit. While visiting a neighbor,Chris was working on her unit I watched his interaction with her problem and immediately asked for his card. I will always callA&A.

Outstanding service from the first call to the final service visit. Casey was very kind and professional, as well as very fair at both the inspection and service visits. I would recommend A&A to any of my friends and will continue to use them moving forward.

I had 2 mini-splits installed this winter, one in the living room and one in my bedroom. I was using them for Heat and the first thing I noticed is it was hotter than I programmed it for. I would set the temperature at 72° and would wake up at night and it would be 80° and I would have to turn it off. I called the manufacturer, Mitsubishi, and they said my model numbers need to be hooked up to a thermostat. So I called Zack back at A&A and explained what I was told and he stated that they don't need to be hooked to a thermostat. He sent a couple technicians out and I showed the situation to them and how the units weren't shutting off when it reached the programmed temperature and they agreed with me. So I called Zack back and asked him why didn't he just call Mitsubishi to get an explanation and verify what they told me and for some reason he didn't want to do that which doesn't make sense to me. The manufacturer is telling me that they need a thermostat and Zack is telling me that it doesn't. Irregardless I never heard back from him after his technicians were out and verified the same thing I had been telling them. No follow-up is not good customer service in my book. I guess I'll try them in the cooling mode now that it's getting warm and see what happens.

I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! My mom had gotten scammed into a service by another "military owned" company who told her...for her little 3ton for a single wide trailer she had leaks and mold and needed a whole new system which would be 18k but because she has a son in the army and a dad in the navy they would give it to her for 10,9000. I told her to wait we would get a second opinion cause that sounded ridiculous. I made some calls and A&A were recommended to us because of their honesty and integrity. We went there and they sent Chris out to us. He took the time to walk me through every step of the check up. There were no leaks and no mold. She did need a couple new capacitors and a limiter for her hard start to extend the life of her compressor and she needed the 8 year old cat hair cleaned out of the coils on the inside return unit. The silicon seal had never even been broken there so that was not even checked by the other company. Needless to say $600 later. My mom's good for the summer and I love Chris. He is the most amazing teacher, professional, and human being I now have the privilege of knowing.

A great experience! The installers were polite and professional. They arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was completed. They had everything they needed to do the job. They answered all of my questions and explained what I needed to know. Thanks guys! The unit looks great and has been working very well.

I am a general contractor in Az for 28 years. The entire team was responsive and affordable. When I reached out for a mini split issue they responded the same day and addressed the issue. Chris stopped by, did a complete inspection. Hello gave me his professional opinions on the condition of my AC system. We decided on several improvements that would make the system operate more efficiently.
I also signed up for the maintenance plan. I will highly recommend AA to my neighbors for any AC system problems.

AC unit had a burning smell coming from it.

I was worried and called A&A cooling. They came out the next day and fixed it in a timely manner and at a fair price point. Since then, the AC unit has worked great.

Glad I picked them, and I will choose them again for my next AC Unit needs.

I'm very happy with this company they came out at 8:00 in the morning started work and by 2:00 they were done and it really was good they worked hard and proficient and I really like the way they work together they told me the things that I needed to know and I only have one question and that was did they put in the sea for my what you call it the the thermostat you know thank you and I'm looking forward to a wonderful working relationship with A&A air conditioning

We recently needed a new A/C unit. We contacted A & A and had a wonderful experience with this company. I have experience with the industry they are in and they do good work. We have used them for service and had good experiences with that as well.

I’m 9 months pregnant and without AC in 100 degree weather. I needed a ton of work done because the units were the original ones and everything was failing. I was told they’d be here between 7-8 and they were even a bit early! Normally you wait all day. They were in my home from 6:30 am to 2:40 pm because of all the work and 100% of that time was a great experience. The guys fixed everything so fast as this job could have easily taken another crew 2 or even 3 days. In fact I was quoted a 3 day job by another company prior. They all even stopped to play with my pups a few times to make them feel more comfortable. Super respectful to my home and made sure everything was done correctly and safely! I even took a nap while they were here and they were so quiet during. Couldn’t recommend more! They worked around any concerns I had and explained everything they were doing. I can’t thank you guys enough!!

We had our air conditioner go out at 3 in the morning. We called A&A that afternoon. They came the next morning and fixed the AC. They were prompt courteous and did a great job. Highly recommend this company. Chris Carlson was amazing.

My AC Motor was going out on my unit. A & A Cooling & Heating came out to my house the same day & replaced the Motor & fixed my issue (load squeaking).

Technician Luis Baldenegro's 30+ years of experience were evident both in his patient answers to my many questions and in the thorough inspection of our unit. He even took the time to research whether the unit was still under warranty as we did not know.

***Update***
Unit went out st 3am Sunday, Fathers Day. Called the 24/7 emergency line several times and left message with no response.

What good is an emergency line if no one answers? I still have no response by 10:30am the next day
At least call or text that you are not available!

Our unit was 97°F by 8:30am that morning. I was forced to call another company that not only answered their emergency line, but came out quickly and repaired the unit.

Anyone can be a great service company during regular business hours. It is during a crisis off-hours that is most important in this climate!

Very disappointed!

I called A & A around 8am and was told someone would arrive between 10am - 12 noon. Luis arrived at 10:30.
I wasn't sure what was wrong with my Heater but Luis quickly diagnosed the problem then installed a new Thermostat. I was very happy with the work done.

Very responsive. Came out the same day I called them within hours and received a reasonable/professional quote on the spot. Installation was scheduled and completed within 48 hours. Installation crew was professional, courteous and very accommodating. Job well done.

A&A installed a new HVAC as well as duct work, and recommendation as to what is best for my home. From start to finish I had an exceptional experience. Their HVAC team is professional, responsive & courteous. Every team member answered any questions I had along in the process and installed my unit with care. Our heat pump went out on July 1st. We called A & A Cooling. They were on time. Our system was completely iced-up, so the repairman (Chris) had to wait for quite a while until the ice had melted. During this wait he examined the rest of the system and found some serious problems with the wiring.

I asked about getting a new system and he called Zac to come over and talk to us. We decided to purchase a new heat pump system from them, and it was installed on 7/6/2022. The install went smoothly, the installers were professional, polite and careful not to let our 2 cats of the house.

I will be signing up for their service contract. I HIGHLY recommend this business!! They do excellent work and they care about their customers!

The companies prices were more than fair (be sure to ask for any discounts). Their installation crew was fast and thorough. They installed our air conditioner and furnace in half a day.

Scott and his crew Nate, Ricky, and Adrian were all very professional and efficient.They all knew what had to be done, worked well as a team, and the installation was completed in a day. I would highly recommend this company.

The people that came to install our new system were absolutely wonderful! What an awesome Christmas for my family! We never expected that they would have the time before Christmas but they did and they were kind, professional, conscientious of our pets, thorough and thoughtful and everything works beautifully for the first time since we bought our house. I would recommend them highly.

The owner Al has a great team of very capable people working for A&A.
I have to tell you, the installation of my new 4 ton AC was not the easiest.......80 ft boom crane needed to reach the roof mount, and it was a windy day. The old unit was an old AC/Evap unit that weighed a ton (well nearly).
The whole job was finished by 4:00pm the same day including, new wiring to a new thermostat and all for the quoted price with no extra charges. Thank you, Al, Scott, Spiderman and the crew!

Alvin has been our go to guy for heating and cooling for over 10 years. He has always been reliable, quick and provides quality work and dependable products. We have gone years without seeing him and when the time arrives he is always there for us. 5 stars and highly recommended.

There were two visits. First was to clean and service. Five hours later we went to blowing warm air. We called on day two and Dave made a courtesy visit and installed one and a half pounds of R-22 without our approval at a cost of $250.00.. This is considering that it worked fine the day before.

Excellent service, they are very dependable and up front about the work. I would highly recommend this company for any heating or cooling issues. Being a snowbird it's often scarey finding reliable services, this is one company you can count on...
