Harrison's Roofing

I recently inherited my Mothers home and shortly after moving in I noticed my gutters were overflowing when it rained and immediately thought they were clogged with leaves. But soon realized the leaf fitters were missing. I found a file mom left that said Harrisons Roofing and called Mike Sheffield. Mike went out of his way to get here and install the missing leaf fitters in fact he stopped here at 6AM on his way to Columbus, OH. I would recommend Michael Sheffield and Harrisons Roofing to anyone. Good customer service is hard to find but Michael and his team get it.

They hire anyone off the streets they need ppl who can drive. One of their drivers was in the lane next to me. When the light turn green he decided to come over my lane. I proceeded to honk the horn and he still tried to come over in my lane. I rode down my window that's when the driver decided to flip me off and cuss me out I had my kids and wife in the truck when he decided to act unprofessional in his company vehicle. I wouldn't Recommend this company to anyone if they have drivers and people like that working for them. Why would you want that type of people working on your house. When I called the company to talk about their driver the lady that called me back didn't seem too concerned about how her drivers were driving her company vehicle. Is a very unprofessional company and I do not recommend anybody calling this company.

Ask for Shane the Roofer who helped navigate the insurance process when replacing the roof. The entire team at Harrison's has been professional and great to work with. The work was done on time as promised and I'm pleased with the results. I will continue to use Harrison's in the future and have already recommended them to friends and neighbors.

I am a contractor and I rarely hire anyone to work on my house. That said, I can’t do gutters and hired Harrison’s roofing to replace our gutters. They were very reasonably priced and the finished work exceeded my expectations. They communicated well and were professional. I recommend them and would use them again.

Shawn was great to work with. He was visible and hands on through out the whole process. Very knowledgeable in dealing with insurance companies and works hard for his customers. The crew arrived early morning and everything was done by dinner. Couldn't be more pleased.

The two crews used to fully replace our roof and siding couldn't have been better! Totally focused on quality and precision installation with every detail. Project manager at Harrison's patiently worked with us to select the best materials for our project and supported us along a very tedious insurance claim journey which we greatly appreciate. Insurance company delays and blocks at every turn but Harrison's stuck with us! Our advice, definitely use Harrison's roofing, but avoid any insurance company where you only pay for what you need.

Best way to describe it is affordable, straightforward, clean communication, and high quality service. Will definitely be using again. Mike was great to work with 10/10 on communication and easy to get ahold of.

Harrison's did a great job! Insurance was challenging, but they guided us through the process and their persistence and professionalism paid off. Very happy with the roof and gutter work they did, as well as the 'deep pockets' of staff they have to handle the challenges of our historic home. From start to finish Shane and Erika along with the rest of the Harrison’s family really took care of our family walking us through the entire insurance process making it completely hassle free. Not only did they get the roof on within 4 hours, they were so friendly and caring. They covered our outdoor furniture to keep it clean! When it comes to roofing, this is hands down the best choice. I contacted Harrison roofing after noticing shingles in my yard. Shane did an inspection to determine the problem and found wind and hail damage. He felt a spring storm was the cause since other homes in area showed same type of damage. Initially our insurance company agreed to pay for repairs only. Shane felt that the damage was extensive and repairs would not address the problem in a satisfactory manner. I opted to stay out of the repair vs replace discussion since I honestly do not know anything about roofing. Shane politely but doggedly corresponded with our insurance adjustor outlining with numerous photos the damage and his professional assessment of proper way to handle our claim. In the end, Shane prevailed and our insurance company agreed that the roof required replacement. Shane made all of the arrangements and his crew did a great job. Julio and his team were efficient and worked like a well oiled machine which made the whole process surprisingly quick and painless. The crew returned the next morning to do final cleanup since they were here until dark the day of installation. Hopefully, we won't need another roof for years but if that situation arises, I'd call Harrison roofing. Ask for Shane Ponchot, he knows roofs!

I communicated with Jarrod mainly throughout the whole process he kept me well informed on the steps that the team was going to be at and what all it was going to entail. Their team that they sent out did a fantastic job.

The people at Harrison's roofing are very knowledgable about products. Shane and the guys are great! They also care for the animals that are homeless.

I am one of those people who simply cannot stand dealing with insurance claims, I always feel like the insurance company who I pay every month for my premiums, take advantage of me and never cover what they should. Shane even got the insurance company to cover all the screens around my house that got hit by hail, the fence that got knocked down by a tree that fell is now brand new and painted. I was so impressed with Harrisons Roofing. When I contacted them to look at my roof after a hail storm, they promptly came out, and inspected my roof and confirmed I had hail damage. Their representative, Shane Ponchot, was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He gathered the necessary information that we would need to present an insurance claim, and showed me the pictures of the damage, and explained the replacement of the roof. Shane then went over the claim with my insurance company. After the claim was approved they promptly scheduled to replace my roof. The roof is now done, and it looks great! Everyone I dealt with at this company were very pleasant. This is the way businesses should operate. I would highly recommend them.

This group of men made our house look awesome! Our home’s curb appeal went way up and they did fine work in one day and cleaned up everything. I would recommend them your way if u want a new ROOF & the job done right!

Excellent roofing company and I would recommend to all my family and friends. Dan is such a great guy and they have the most knowledgeable crew in the business. If you need roofing done then it’s a no brainer...call Harrison’s!

After many attempts to get them to fix the leak at the chimney, they ''patched'' then left, after removing items not suppose to, leaving a mess, and 'kids' doing job, girlfriend shows up, cig. butts thrown all over yard. . CHIMNEY still bad leak to point had to get another company to come & completely remove chimney, and redo it all...NOT PROFESSIONAL nor are they even near good on work promise. Sorry, but call it like it is!!! WOULD BE ZERO STARS if possible. Their shabby job has ended up costing us much more than it should have in roof, and then interior leaks in our ceiling, therefore; hiring to have it repaired, painted on inside. SAD, SAD BUSINESS!!!!

Really good people and excellent roofing company. We have hired them to do two different jobs and would highly recommmend them to anyone needing roofing work. Dan Styers is a great guy.
