Chris and his coworker were respectful and persistent. Although we thought it would a simple fix, due to manufacturing issues in the parts the process ended up being extended; but Chris was calm and professional through all the frustrations, which I could not have been more thankful for. His commitment to accomplishing the goals we had agreed on was clear and his standards for when the job was done higher than we had dared hope for.

I am a caregiver. I have many concerns about the health and safety of the person I care for when contractors and other service providers come to the house. Chris listened to these concerns and was very receptive to any accommodation needs we addressed. He got the job done without a huge whirlwind of unnecessary chaos from trying to go as fast as possible.

Harrington's Home Improvement did an excellent job renovating and installation of two new doors including framework at my home. The work was done efficiently and timely, and turned out beautiful. I went from having a rotted out door frame and threshold to two new doors which really brightened up the look. Very pleased with the results. And I have since recommended for other jobs.
