Harlan is early to appointments and gives you your inspection report quickly. He’s very professional to work with and he knows what to be looking for! He’s always given us great reports and we’ve used him twice to buy a home. He doesn’t mind us asking a lot of questions during the inspection.

Do not use this company. This company was recommended by our realtor so we trusted the recommendation. This was a huge mistake. Our inspector made plenty of major mistakes. For one, he never even went into our attic (i know we are to blame as well but this was our first time buying a home and were not too knowledgeable). We now learned that some things are not up to code which were completely missed during our home inspection. MAKE SURE UR INSPECTOR ALWAYS GOES INTO THE ATTIC!!! He also did not write anything in the report about our deck. Our deck has major cracks and foundation issues that will late lead to serious problems. All of this was missed. Please don’t make the same mistake we did and save ur money!
