We asked Alvin to inspect a class B camper van in the Reno area as we are potential buyers from Texas. He arrived on time and was courteous to the seller. LOOK NO FURTHER. You, like I was, are probably here because something on your RV is broken or has stopped working.
For me it was the water. Nothing from the water tank or external pressure (hose) water. The technician showed up and had to fix multiple lines and fittings just to get it to hold water. He then started troubleshooting the 12v pump system and quickly determined there was power but the pump had quit. He had a pump with him, changed it out in minutes and now the entire system works. What would have taken me days to fix he did in several hours. The fee was more than fair. If I could give six stars I would.

I could go on and on but will suffice it to say I would trust no one else with my AirStream! Alvin has always been more than fair and accommodating! I have referred him to friends knowing he will take the best care of them too! Highly highly recommend!

Scheduling was simple and we did not need to be present for him to diagnose and repair. Will definitely use these guys again if needed.

Alvin is amazing!! He has been "my go-to guy" since we bought our 2016 Thor Chateau. It's used, so I expected some issues. So far, Alvin has set the RV up at the park, put in the hard line sewer, removed all the old material off the roof and redid it, replaced 2 roof vents and a maxxfan, replaced the water pump and water filter, replaced the electrical outlet in the bathroom and yesterday he fixed our heater. Alvin got my heat working great. It took some time, but I also had a propane issue. I'm so glad it's all back up and working great!

Alvin did an incredible job. Replaced the converter, electric side hot water element. What really impressed me was I started thinking we needed to replace the slide motor.After buying it, Alvin called the factory. With some tips from the factory, it didn't need to be replaced. Hired Alvin to do pre-sale inspection on 1998 Beaver at Camping World. They claimed everything in good shape and tires good. Alvin found tires to be 16 years old and another $3000 to $6000 in repairs. They did not want to fix it even though I offered to pay. They said they would reduce the price and then changed their mind and said I could have it at the original price “as is”. I passed and still await my $500 deposit. Moral to story. Hire Alvin. You can trust him.

We had Alvin come out for the first time on Friday, September 27th for a dewinterization, and to give our RV the once over. We are planning a trip out of town and wanted to make sure that everything was ready to go. In addition, he enlightened us about some things we hadn't been aware of prior, and reiterated some again, because the initial walk through at the dealership in 2019 is done so quickly, and honestly you may not think of certain questions to ask at the time. For that alone, Alvin's visit was priceless. It gives you such peace of mind to walk through each step of the process with the person making the repair, looking for anything that may be questionable, and to have it taken care of right then and there. It's reassuring to know it's not sitting in an RV repair shop for weeks at a time until they can finally get to it. We know we will never be doing that again, and Alvin is now currently entered into our phone contact list. He even made us aware of an app that can put us in touch with other certified rv specialists when we're on the road. I had the pleasure of working with Alvin on inspection and minor repairs of a camper I purchased recently. Everything about the process was fantastic. He was easy to communicate with. He arrived on schedule. He did a thorough inspection of my camper and made a plan for necessary repairs. He’s super approachable. I felt very comfortable asking him all my questions. Rv was only a year old sitting at Camping World and only had a couple of thousand miles on it but the issues found paid for the inspection and then some. We'll worth the expense. The days of excellent craftsmanship and pride in a good product are over. Get your Rv inspected, it could save some costly repairs that should have been fixed BEFORE you signed off on your Rv.

Alvin is honest, upfront and no hidden fees. We've used him twice already and happy with his work. He's shows up on time and goes the extra to ensure his work is done efficiently and explains what and why he does the repairs. So far he's replacing the water tank serviced the air conditioner and is fixing the roof that we had no idea needed repairs. We're both seniors and can't climb around to see things he can. Alvin is awesome. I really love that he is certified to make the repairs and do inspections. He also cares about his clients and the work he does.

He helped me makes some weirdo repairs and diagnose some other issues on the outgoing camper being given to a friend. In the same visit he helped me make a list of what the new camper needed fixed through his inspection process and worked with my schedule to get the new hot water heater installed. Poor guy was working on the street where my camper was parked in the blazing sun in July and did an amazing job!

My husband is a DIY kinda guy, and Alvin gave him instructions on how to winterize our new camper (our old one didn't have the same toilet set up, so this was new). We'll be calling for his help/direction this spring when we need to do a flooring repair (said hot water heater leaked with the previous owners).

Contracts were signed, we met when fees paid though they could have been paid online..

Seller was willing to arrange inspection time and date at his home directly with Alvin..
Having a VA hospital appointment that same day prevented me from joining in on the inspection which took 5 hours according to seller.

In-depth report was available online for download the following day.
Using report findings seller was willing to reduce asking price $8,000.ºº
Inspection was money well spent imo

After our last camping trip where we had no power AND had 2 other professionals try to fix it, we were at a loss. Alvin is a true professional! It was easy to schedule with him to repair my trailer. I had an unknown electrical issue that I had already tried to fix myself a few different ways. Our water heater went out a week before our trip. I ordered a tankless heater and realized it was above my abilities. I reached out to Alvin and he was at my house in a couple of days and had it installed. The door I received was wrong so Alvin took control and found the door locally and handled everything even returning the incorrect door!
