I used Brinson Services to obtain an Electrical Safety permit. Anyone familiar with County or City Building Services knows that this is a thankless task requiring multiple calls and follow up over weeks, not days, to get permits through the system. Stephen persisted and got the job done at a reasonable price where others might have given up. Highly recommend.
I decided to give Brinson Home Services a shot for my home inspection, and it was a total letdown. It was evident that the inspector (Stephen) lacked the necessary attention to detail and expertise required for a thorough assessment.
To make matters worse, they missed some pretty obvious problems that I ended up finding after we bought the house. I mean, isn't the whole point of paying for an inspection to catch stuff you might miss? Not cool.
The final inspection report was poorly documented and lacked clarity. When I tried reaching out with questions, it was crickets on their end. Customer service fail.
