We used Brinson Services to do home inspections for our three oceanfront vacation rental homes and couldn't be happier with the results. Stephen was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely detail oriented. He inspected and looked at things that no home inspector in past has ever done. He even took videos of the things he found (a wobbly fan) to show us exactly what it needed to be repaired. We haven't ever had such a thorough home inspection before. Our three luxurious oceanfront vacation rental homes (on IOP) are used by many guests throughout the year. It's so important to us to keep our homes in top notch shape.
