Cascade Gutters were my go to company for any gutter work when I lived in Burlington. They were professional and had great pricing. The crew was friendly and very knowledgeable on hanging gutters. They arrived on time and cleaned up work area taking all trash away. I found it very easy to communicate with office and all questions were answered quickly. Cascade Gutters has a helpful friendly phone receptionist. Was easy to schedule. Crew showed up on time and did quality work. This is the second time I have used this company on two different properties.

We needed to fix a bad gutter design and called Cascade Gutter for a quote. They were in the area and able to come over right away. Gave me a correction idea with more areas to correct, and an approximate bid. They were also scheduled to be in the area the next day, so they called and arranged and came and were done within half an hour. Very capable, efficient and kind people to work with. If I have any gutter issues in the future, I will definitely be calling them again.

Our new house had many issues because of lousy subcontractors, so we have been hiring outside professionals to inspect all the work to catch problems before they cause us problems. We hired Cascade Gutter Services to inspect the gutters on the house. Fortunately, they found no issues. Chris explained what he'd be looking for as typically short cuts other installers use but found nothing wrong. He also offered some suggestions for things we could do ourselves to prevent future issues. It's nice to work with a company that isn't trying to pad their wallet by offering service not needed. If we ever do develop any issues I would hire this company in a heartbeat, Fast, Friendly, and honest. A great combination.

Our house had settled, which led to rain pouring directly onto the front steps. These folks were able to rehang them and reroute the rain back to the downspouts! Fast, courteous, fairly priced, service. We highly recommend Cascade Gutter Services!

They did a wonderful job installing our new gutters. We got lucky on the timing we just had the roof replaced about 2 weeks prior and then they rain finally came the day they was installing them. I would highly recommend, only issues I had was the communication issues with Cheryl but i am marking it up to it being busy this time of the year when people now think of replacing their gutters or get repairs done. Anything I needed a reply back on was non-critical so that is why it isn't 4 stars. Workmanship was awesome, Thanks Cascade Gutters

Cascade gutter just replaced my entire gutter system.
From start to finish it was a great experience! Everyone from Jim, who came out to give me an estimate, Cheryl in the office and Chris and his crew who did the install, were wonderful!
It took them less than four hours and I have BEAUTIFUL new gutters that work! Thank you all again for such a wonderful job!

Amazing service over the phone, really responsive for a bid, and they were quick to complete the work. We had all of our house gutters replaced including some new fascia boards. They even dropped off the fascia boards a week before so we could paint them. The gutters are beautiful and look like they will last a long time.

I do NOT recommend that you choose Cascade Gutter for your gutter replacement and installation. I have given them 2 stars, which I feel is very generous. Ultimately the majority of the work seems to be done well and of respectable quality but on top of their less than exceptional customer service that others have already mentioned, they do not stand behind their work or make sure to provide a complete installation free from defects. The picture attached is of one of the areas on my roof where they installed the gutter in conflict with the brand new roof shingles. When I contacted them initially to fix this it was explained to me that in this case, usually the installer will install extra flashing and then install the gutter below the roof shingles to prevent this. In my case, the installer just shoved the roofing up about an inch to get the slope that was needed. The roofing company has insisted that this is NOT going to provide a lasting water tight roof seal and is actually helping me to fix this issue (Skagit roofing is excellent by the way). Cascade gutter sent out a contractor to notch the gutter (as can be seen in the photos) but this only slightly lowered the shingles.
Cascade is now refusing to fix this properly unless I want to pay for a new work contract.
So if you want it done right the first time, go with someone else. If you like being hassled just to get your work done properly then by all means, proceed with cascade gutter and you will likely receive an "Excellent gutter installation" as seen here... those are their words, not mine...

Cascade Gutter Service was everything I had expected. They were wonderful to work with, always arrived on time, got the job done in a timely manner, and left our house with beautiful new gutters! Couldn't be happier!

Cheryl and Jim at Cascade Gutter Service were both very helpful and knowledgeable. We were in need of a quick repair after a windstorm tore off about 12 feet of gutter. They got us in quickly before the next wind and rainstorm hit and were able to replace the fascia board that had torn off as well. The quality of their work is second to none, we recommend them for all your gutter needs.

Asked for a bid to replace a leaking gutter, and when the installer came out and offered a cheaper alternative for me as well as doing an additional repair all for less than the original estimate. How good is that!

I'm with Monico: find another gutter service! The woman was not just "impolite," she was downright nasty. And patronizing. And had the gall to scold me for complaining that her workers were two hours late. Something for which she did not apologize, BTW. I told her to forget it and have taken my business elsewhere.

Great and easy to work with. Price was also very competitive. They did a phenomenal job replacing our barely hanging-on gutter. Also worked with our budget and the onsite tech plus the phone person were both very nice and knowledgeable. Will always go to them for any gutter needs going forward. Highly recommended.

After calling several gutter companies we decided to use cascade gutters. We choose them because when they came to give us the bid they were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. It was a windy day when they came to install the gutters, but they were still able to do a fantastic job. We're very happy with our seamless gutters and are glad to have our old leaking gutters gone. I would feel good about recommending Cascade Gutter Services to any of my family or friends.
