I am a single woman who owns her home. They sided my house in 2020. Liberty Lake was hit with a big storm and they were there to fix it all. Recently one of my windows is failing and I called them to help me with the siding. Dennis was amazing helping me measure the window and once it’s all said and done they will come double check me and the siding. Exterior Unlimited replaced our old siding and installed new vinyl siding, color is Corn Silk. Great experience! I had to leave and could not stay to completion. I asked the installer to take a picture with the window out. I needed it for my insurance claim. The installer texted me when completed with multiple pictures. He did a great job and really went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Everyone at Exteriors Unlimited was excellent to work with. From our first call to the end of the installation, we were met with considerate and professional service. My Dad recommended them after they replaced all his windows, and a slider in his home. For us, they replaced a glass slider and the installation was top notch! The opening needed modifying, the molding inside and out needed replacing, and the space between the slider and the floor needed replacing. I couldn't have asked for a better quality job! The door slides like it's on ice skates, it's an extremely high quality product, it has a great warranty, and I just really liked working with everyone on this team. They communicate extremely well, they measure twice cut once, and they are committed to producing quality work. Highly recommended, full confidence, no regrets!

Outstanding! I was a bit surprised when I asked the guy who showed up to start the siding project about the needs of the crew who would be working on my house, the surprise was when he said "I am the crew." . I was expecting two or three more people. However, I wasn't disappointed. Eric was great! He took the time needed to do the job right the first time. Surprisingly quick for just one person, he was done in about three weeks. That included a couple days or so when he wasn't able to work because the high winds didn't make it safe. Even so, he did an excellent job carefully installing all the layers needed for the insulated vinyl siding and aluminium fascia, soffit, & window/door trim. Eric was very respectful of our property, and spent time at the end of each day cleaning up after himself. At the end of the job he spent extra time to be sure he'd cleaned up all the waste and parts left over as well. He did good! Our house looks brand new on the outside, and increased both the insulation value AND home value too. Eric was very friendly and easy going. Answered patiently all my questions and, without interfering in getting the job done, put up with my daily conversations (these were only about 10 to 15 mins a day during his breaks). To be honest, I kind of miss chatting with him, I'm retired/disabled so don't get out much so it was nice to have someone to chat with for a bit.

All in all, he did a superb job in a timely manner while dealing with challenges of weather and a chatty home owner . His nearly 30 years of experience showed in the quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend Exteriors Unlimited to anyone looking to reside their home. I am certain they will not be disappointed.

Working with this company was the most positive experience I've ever had working with a contractor. Everyone was so professional, pleasant and detail oriented.
James, the Window Installer, came every day with a set goal and worked to completion. He noticed a small scratch on one of the window sashes that I'm not sure I would have seen and ordered me a new one. James wrapped all the windows as well and did an awesome job!
Ben and Zach installed new soffit and fascia and even fixed some of the vinyl siding that suffered from the heat this summer which wasn't part of the job.
Everyone cleaned up at the end of each day. These gentlemen treated my home as if it were their own with the care they showed.
Everyone communicated the timelines and kept to them. Shout out to Mike, Randy and Dennis as well for all they did from beginning to end.

Exteriors Unlimited replaced the vinyl siding on the south wall of our house, the other 3 sides were already hardie board. The crew headed by Eric were on time, worked very well as a team. Completed the job on time within the budget. The siding was a large project, about 2500 sq ft, up to a height of close to 40 feet.

Exteriors Unlimited replaced 21 windows, turning 7 of them from rounded windows to square, installed a glass slider and a front door. Dennis (owner) was very professional and easy to work with. James (the installer), was FANTASTIC. He took so much pride in his work and every day walked us through his plan for the day and promptly brought up any concerns he saw and shared proposed solutions. He arrived on time, worked all day and never left a mess behind. We will be customers for life and will never recommend anyone else!

Exteriors Unlimited finished putting up our new Hardie siding last week and we couldnt be happier. They did a beautiful professional job . The cost was reasonable. The workers came on time and worked hard. Kept the area clean and picked up at the end of each day and completed the project in a short amount of time. They repaired areas that had problems with wood rot quickly and the end result is we have a beautiful new home.

Working with Exteriors Unlimited was fantastic from start to finish! Sales help me to choose exterior colors and design. They expected to start in 12 weeks (which is normal during COVID), but materials were available sooner and they started within two weeks of ordering and signing the contract. Eric (the installer) was meticulous and paid attention to every detail. All of our neighbors commented on what a great job they did and now a few plan to get bids. I could not recommend this company more!

In 2018 I contracted with Exteriors Unlimited to remodel the outside of my house. The work included new vinyl siding, soffits, facia, rock accents to the front of the house, and replacing all my windows and sliding glass doors. From the beginning to the end I found that the professionalism, quality of work, and the time line for completion were all outstanding. During the remodel my wife and I contacted Exteriors Unlimited to change a few things we had originally wanted (we increased the amount of rock on the front of the house to include the front patio area). Exteriors Unlimited made the changes we requested without complaint. It has now been 3 years and the work they did looks as beautiful as the day they completed it. I would recommend without hesitation this business to anyone who wants quality work done right.

We had siding and windows done a little over a year ago. The whole crew at Exteriors Unlimited are amazing. I was recommended them four or five years ago to do some windows as one was broken. I had gotten bids from five other places and Exteriors Unlimited was right on the high middle side, but still right in the competiveness of the others. The reason why I chose them was due to install. Their install took it a couple steps further then the others to guarentee a non leaky install for just a tad higher then the middle bid. After James came and installed the windows I was sold on the company and will be a life long customer. Late fall 2018 we had them finish the rest of the windows and had the siding done. Dennis, you have built an amazing company with a such a great crew!!!

Overall I'm very satisfied with the work that Exteriors Unlimited did to my 110 year old home. We needed to have siding rework pretty badly as the paint was peeling and looking pretty ragged. I didn't really cherish the idea of just repainting and then having to repaint again in 5-7 years. I really wanted a product that would look good and have minimal continued maintenance. All the folks we worked through with Exteriors Unlimited were knowledgeable and professional. Mike worked with us in getting a quote and options for the project. He really listened and tried to understand our desired outcomes. Yes, this included changing out several windows, but they needed to be updated as well. I didn't sense this was only an up-sale, but really something that increased the value of our home. After we agreed to what we wanted Mike made sure that we got materials ordered so that we could take advantage of manufacturers rebates. This put pressure on Exteriors, but it really shows they wanted us to get the best products for our money.
Once the windows were in we were scheduled for installation. James came and worked through the process. He was careful and clean, not leaving things out or in our way. We felt bad that he had to work in the colder climates of February and March but never did I hear him complain. We were also happy to have him working around the house even with our 5 kids who were curious as to what he was doing.
After the windows were installed it was few weeks before siding could start. Ben came out and got to work and did a steady job. Again, I was happy to have him around my home. He did a good job keeping things as tidy as possible at the end of the day and over the weekends. I could also see that his experience was deep and he knew his stuff in installing siding, this wasn't his first time.
All the conversations I had with Dennis (Exteriors Unlimited owner) were professional. He really listened and made sure things were done correctly.
This is a long review in order to say I'd highly recommend Exteriors Unlimited for siding and windows. It's not going to be the cheapest option, but the value for what you are paying is huge!! It's hard to know who to trust in these projects and Exteriors Unlimited is a trustworthy option.

We had our siding installed three years ago and are still thrilled with the look and ease of care. We want to give praise for a recent example of outstanding customer service. Our siding had some holes drilled into it by another company installing a furnace to our home. They did not measure correctly and they never told us about the damage they caused, just left two holes in the siding. It was immediately evident because it was on the front of our home. We have been trying to get them to remedy their error for over six months! We finally called Exteriors Unlimited for help with repairs to the siding and the owner Dennis came and personally repaired it himself. We would recommend Exteriors Unlimited to anyone!

I hired Exterious Unlimited to replaced the siding and gutters. I also wanted the living room window lowered 6 inches. After I approved the estimate they were able to start as soon as the weather cooperated. Dennis and his team are first class. They did a remarkable transformation of our home including replacing 12 windows, vinyl siding and installing wainscot rock. I have also recommended Exteriors Unlimited to several friends who have also been happy with their work.

My wife and I met with Dennis for an estimate to replace our siding, and our French doors. Dennis was very thorough and informative on the choices of products his company provides. From initial estimate, to project completion Dennis was very communicative. His installers Eric & James are incredibly hard working, courteous, and professional. Exteriors unlimited exceeded my expectations.

Steel siding installation done this fall has turned out great. Ben did a good job and showed great attention to detail. Working alone, and bucking the bad weather, the job took longer than anticipated but the results were well worth it.

We had 8 windows replaced with Simonton products in Dec. 2016. We expected a 'crew' to come but James installed all of them by himself in the freezing cold, in 5 days; he did a great job! We suggest some type of carpet/floor runners be used in the house because all of the inside trim is cut outside and brought in, along with dirt, mud, and water. The sales manager, Mike, who came to the house for an estimate was nice, but...he wrote in the contract he would send us a 'gift' after completion of the install; to date, nothing. Dennis, the owner, is making sure it gets sent. We would suggest Dennis give you an estimate. Overall, beautiful windows with a great install.

We had Exteriors Unlimited re-side our home with Cedarwood Steel Siding that was originally sided with cedar. Dennis worked with us so well to find the right product and price for us. The installation began in November and was finished by the end of December. In that time, we got to know Dennis Taylor and Eric the installer very well and felt like friends from the beginning to the end of the project and even after it was completed. Even though the weather conditions were quite bad at times, Eric and Bryce did a beautiful job and came every single day. On some mornings, they had to spend much of their time shoveling the snow off their equipment but were always friendly and extremely efficient. Eric also did an amazing job on the trim around our windows and doors as well as covering the facia. We are thankful we chose Exteriors Unlimited to do the job and are appreciative of the way they do business. From Dennis to Eric, the professionalism and pride in the company is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is thinking of sidng their home.

We just had home windows replaced by Exteriors Unlimited and we couldn't be happier. I had quotes from several local vendors but found their initial presentation, quality of product, and installation cost to be far superior to the competition. The windows to be replaced are massive and about 14 feet off of the ground at the bottom and going up another 12 feet from there. This was an exceptionally challenging project. My crew showed up right on time--James and Shawn. They brought in a huge scissor lift and got to work. We have metal siding and they carefully removed each piece before replacing each huge window. This was a four day job--long days. James and Shawn came in each day with a positive attitude and professionally worked through the many challenges that kept appearing due to the complexity of this install. We have owned many homes over the years and had many contractors complete various jobs--we have never had a better crew than James and Shawn. They didn't leave until the job site was spotless each day. At the end of the project the windows were sealed tight and the siding re-installed---and it looks perfect. James completed the trim work on the inside with new hemlock pieces routed to perfection. He really has an amazing handle on a wide assortment of window/siding skills. One of the best features of the new windows is the lifetime warranty--which includes accidental breakage--amazing! I interviewed two other businesses, one more well known than Exteriors Unlimited but after meeting Dennis Taylor combined with a very fair bid I went with Exteriors Unlimited. I am so happy I did. Dennis took the time to give me various options, his installer was thorough and the siding turned out perfect. I have not one suggestion for improvement. This is the best company for siding. We had Exteriors Unlimited build a composite deck for us. The composite material they chose was the worst quality composite and within the first year, the material started shrinking and warping and pieces of trim started popping off. They came back out and replaced the shrunken pieces, but refused to do anything else. The pieces they replaced all shrunk again within a year. We spent $20,000 on a deck that should've lasted a long time and now we are forced to replace it. Exteriors Unlimited has refused to do anything to remedy this and we are stuck with a deck that is now a hazard as the screws are breaking and the pieces are popping up. We even offered to split the cost to replace the deck which we shouldn't have to do, but received no response.

Not one problem has surfaced with the material or installation.
Dennis Taylor did a wonderful job of explaining the task to be done and lived up to all the promises he made. I was really impressed that no money
was paid till all work was done and we were satisfied with the work.

The first project Dennis and his crew helped us out with was almost 25 years ago, they sided our home and to this day when we drive down that street it looks just a good. This year we contacted them again to replace some windows and side our new home.
As usual they did a fantastic job, they took special care around our landscaping and flower beds, kept the job site cleaned up and were competent and courteous. We have had several compliments on what an improvement it was and a neighbor decided to have them do their home also.

This is the second time we have worked with Exteriors Unlimited, the 1st time they did our entire home windows, siding, doors and roof. This time we had them take care of the window replacement in our current home. There are not enough good things to say. James our installer did a excellent job always left the job site clean at the end of the day. Exteriors Unlimited did a great job with our windows from start to finish. We solicited several bids from other contractors, but none were as professional, thorough, timely, and careful as Dennis. It was clear after our meeting with Dennis that Exteriors Unlimited would be installing our new windows.

Dennis scheduled a time to meet with us that worked with our schedule, showed up as promised, and did a great job explaining the available products, packages, and construction process.

We were given a tentative start date of 5-6 weeks before our project would begin; just as promised, at the end of week six we were contacted by Exteriors Unlimited (Randy) and scheduled to begin installation.

The day of construction James (installer) showed up and got right to work. He made sure that he knew our schedule and any special requests that we had (we have a dog). He did an excellent job installing and finishing the project on time. His craftsmanship was excellent and he went out of his way to fix the details of our house surrounding the windows. He didn't just install the windows and leave the rest for us to figure out. He replaced several trim boards that were in great need of repair and outside of his scope of work to make sure that the windows were installed 100% correctly.

He made us feel very comfortable to leave the house and let him do his job while we were at work.

We were tired of repairing and painting our LP siding every summer so we decided to get quotes on vinyl and steel siding. One company handed us the quote after walking around the house then got in their truck and left and no follow up. Exteriors Unlimited came out and did a prelim measurement and said they would schedule an appointment to reveiw the estimate when it was completed. Shortly after, Dennis met with us to present the bid and brought samples of each product then proceeded to explain the differences and benfits of each product. The decision on which company to use was one of the easiest we have ever made. Dennis's knowledge, experience, client satisfaction and competitve bid had us signing on the dotted line. Working with Dennis Taylor and his crew was one of the easiest and most professional experiences I have had. We had all of our windows replaced in our home. It began with Dennis meeting with us to go over what we needed and what we were looking for in our new windows. The next meeting was to go over our quote. The two gentlemen that worked on our windows encountered numerous problems due to the fact that our original builder did not do what he was supposed to, and each obstacle was taken care of. The greatest comfort to us is that we now know our windows are put in correctly, they are up to code regulations and we are much more energy efficient.

We met Dennis at the Spokane fair in 2011 and after seeing the products from him and two other companies we were impressed with what Dennis had to show us. The bids came in and the one from Exteriors Unlimited was the best price with the widows we wanted the most so we booked the install for Nov of 2011 and we noticed the difference right away! After looking at all our options we went with Steel siding, and we are just thrilled how our house looks. They also replaced our old rain gutters. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Dennis, his personable daughter who scheduled everything in a timely manner, and his very experienced and professional crew that did the installation this fall. They provided a professional and timely installation of soffit siding (under the eaves) and a couple of replacement basement windows for our 1960ish brick rancher. We were thrilled at how awesome the soffits and windows looked when completed.

This house has always suffered from excessive icicles and ice dams. Through the years we've had many suggestions on how to solve the problem but none worked. Dennis suggested better soffit ventilation would help. So far this winter we've seen a huge improvement on what has been a 50 year problem. We were also pleased with the improvement the windows provided in the basement which is noticeably more comfortable now.

My wife and I are very hands on homeowners, used to doing everything ourselves. The older we get, the more we want our home to be less management intensive (hence the painting of soffits will no longer be a problem for us or our children some day).
