Fall 2019- Chris took on my re-roofing project when no one else had time to help me. After a new roof in 2017 and chimney rebuild this past spring, my kitchen ceiling continued to leak. Chris tore back my not quite 2 year old shingles to find a significant amount of rotten decking that the other guy failed to replace when reshingling. He re-did a whole section of my shingled roof, reflashed the edge of my rubber roof and flashed my unflashed chimney. (Neither roofer or chimney guy could do flashing work) Chris fabricated new flashing and even color matched it to my roof! I called him because of the workmanship I'd seen on his website, and he did not disappoint! The complexity of the work (and squeezing me into his busy schedule) required multiple trips as weather and other jobs permitted, but I never doubted he'd finish the job. My roof and chimney are now sound and with Chris' guarantee, I can fix my kitchen ceiling without worry of future leaks.

Updates:

Spring 2020 - After spring thaw, found that ceiling is still leaking. Chris did not return texts or answer calls.

Winter 2020/21 - Ceiling continues to leak.
