I really wanted to leave a good review, but the OWNER of the company is forcing me to leave a negative one. They charged me LABOR costs to pick up materials for the job. They went against city ordinance when installing a tank last year which then created the problem for this year. I was all willing to have things corrected but when I called to ask about the prices, I was rudely hung up on by the OWNER of this company. He asked me never to call back, don’t worry about that. I was not angry or loud on the phone and did NOT deserve to be treated like that.

Make sure they are filing permits for the work they are doing! Two years later and I’m having to put in leg work with the city to get MANDATORY PERMITS filed. What kind of company does construction like replacing an entire septic tank and doesn’t file for permits? I’m not a contractor and I know that’s a must do!!
