They were professional and fast, and came on time. I had no issues with them. The price also was very fair.

After some severe weather we discovered a leak in our roof so I began calling some roofing companies. Most of the calls went unanswered and the few that did answer said they could not come out to look at our problem for several weeks. Fortunately, I found Hands on Roofing and Mr. Steve Smith. Steve answered and promised to stop by that afternoon. While waiting for Steve to come over I checked Hands on Roofing’s BBB rating and found an A+ Rating.
When he arrived, Steve did a through inspection inside and out of our roof and confirmed severe wind damage. We discussed the next steps and I called my insurance company, filed a claim and asked to have an adjuster come out. The adjuster reviewed the damage and Hands on Roofing’s estimate and spoke with Steve on the phone. The adjuster approved the calm on the spot.
Steve put the materials on order and scheduled the crew to come out on a Sunday to try and get the roof finished before the next batch of storms hit. Everything and everyone showed up on time, did a great job on replacing the roof and fixing the interior drywall damage. Through the entire process Steve kept us updated and made sure we were happy with the progress.
Steve and his team are the most conscience group I have had the pleasure us working with in a very long time. They are hardworking, detail oriented and very professional. In less than 2 days everything was finished, the sight was cleaned up and the new roof looked great. The next day the storms hit again and we enjoyed our dry ceiling.

I had a very good experience with Hands On Roofing. They were knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process from the initial contact with my insurance through the final shingle. They listened to what I wanted and were able to accommodate slight changes particular to my home as well as being able to adjust around my work schedule. The work crew was quick about their work and pleasant to deal with. I am quite satisfied with the final product. This includes their attention to detail on the removal/cleanup. It’s been a few weeks and I’ve found only 5 nails left behind. Talking with other people that have had their roofs replaced with other companies, 5 represents an extremely impressive clean up. I would definitely recommend this company.

I absolutely loved the whole process. I called for an estimate and had someone out the very next day. And by the end of the weekend my roof, gutters, and soffitt was put up. They were on time and very professional. The price was affordable and reasonable. I’m very pleased with how every thing turned out and looks.

My aunts insurance agent gave them a hands up for their professional handling of the conversations. With me being in another state I was comfortable allowing them to replace my aunts roof.
