Great communication and very professional.
He takes care of insurance paperwork as well.

Remediation done timely but the repair to tri level home is still not complete in 3 months! The walls, Sheetrock had to be redone due to failure to replace insulation. Bathroom cabinets are not reinstalled, minus 2 of 3 bathrooms in home. No one answers calls when communication has been established I was told it was the holidays, we had company, gate to contractors electric gate broken and finally son on vacation and broke phone. This has been so unprofessional, my home unable to have family over due to its appearance with bathroom cabinets outside gone and no facilities for guests. That’s, Christmas, New Years, Super Bowl , soon Easter in a few weeks and no hope for home to be complete. Never recommend

Jason responded to my call for help early Saturday morning. He started work that morning on water remediation and mold removal in a kitchen where the dishwasher hose had leaked and damaged the laminate flooring, subfloor and cabinets. He was there daily until all the water in the wood was dried out. He removed the appliances and cabinets wherever his meter detected moisture and replaced the laminate flooring within one week in time for new renter move-in. Great communication and very professional. He takes care of insurance paperwork as well.
